I owned and played Quake 1 many times on various systems and control schemes, but never really loved it. I think this version is the best. It waited 25 years to be trully great with perfect for me gamepad support, interlacing of characters so they move fluent now and overall it looks very pretty and tidy on Switch. Also it is good a good game for short bursts of playing and I think Switch (in it's final months) is perfect platform. I say keep going, bring all the old classics to Switch.

It doesn't start very well with with less than fluent performance, but after few hours fps get more stable and it looks better and better. In the end it is amazing fps addition. Second best on the platform after Doom.

Nono, the game breaking bugs are understood for abandonware from 1991 not for 40$ Switch game, buy only if you wanna play it following walkthrough and save often cause you might end up in the dead end because of the "Halogen light" bug.

This is top VITA game. 60 FPS, perfect looks, best single player campaign I've ever seen in fighting games. Lot of extra content for VITA and one of few games that took full advantage of specific VITA. Challange tower is ton of fun for many hours, often unnerving **** othe MK games.

Funny how addition of Duke Nukem character changes things here. I played it on PS3 back then and clearly remember that the main character was was a bit annoying. Duke fits perfectly here in the carnage. Otherwise the game is very good looking, I miss option to switch to 60 fps, but I guess they really wanted players to enjoy the nice looks. Great game, giventhat Switch is PS3 on wheels, I appreciate ports from ps3/x360 era.

A hidden gem. Very slow start might turn off a lot of players, it really starts to be fun after quite a few hours, but then it lasts. Slow atmosphere build up and a story is fantastic for those of us who read and play the first one. While I always prefer 60 fps on expense of the looks, here is 30 fps bearable, because of the slow gameplay and the looks are really sharp. Prize tag is more than a half less than Doom.

It's a good game, welcome addition for the price. Best to be played in short bursts, ideal for handheld. Not as good as the originals, however anyone who will buy this knows the originals by heart. One thought though: I was shocked to read that this was released in 1997. I mean the same year as Quake 2 which is generations ahead or Blood which also a level higher. Still, as a doom fan, I like having this game on Switch.

Interesting story, charming characters and fun puzzles but bad switch conversion. Every time you change screen going to another location or just look at details of some places, the loading time is 15-20 seconds!!! Meaning if you want to check some hint in area 4 screens away you need to wait over one minute with breaks for you to interact so you can't go make a tea or something. Other platforms wait about 3 seconds. In 90% of the of progress, game got fatal error and I had to watch the rest on youtube.

I really wanted to say this game is not that good. But it does deliver everything you want from a classic fps. I could not find any bugs, artwork is breathtaking, 60 fps, superb compatibility with ps vita, music, atmosphere stolen from Blade runner. I just couldn't find any major issue.

15 years of portable gaming, this was what we've been dreaming of. Spent hours just staring into snowy night forests and mountains and fighting feels like childhood fantasy. I would give just 9/10 if big consoles would run this with 60 fps, but they don't. Just this one game is a reason to go with Switch.

I liked the main story from the very beginning to the end. The dialogues are so well written, historical accuracy is unusually high, atmosphere is so thick that I had this strong feeling as if I'd been there in middle age Damascus. You got movies like Michael Crichton's Timeline or Kingdom of heaven and this game surpass them massively in every possible way. I loved the graphics very much too, even in 2016 I was staring with my mouth open. I think lot of people can have a problem, that this game is educational and the gameplay is not the best.

One of the best graphics on PS3. Atmosphere, music is awesome. FPS shooting outside and inside is great fun and environments are outstanding, this is how Fallout would look if it would be FPS. It would be much better game if it wouldn't be for the racing. That part of the game is from bearable to boring and load times are long. Still the fps adventure is one of the best I've seen. 86%

I played through this add-on a few times. I've bought it from sale for 1 Euro in a nice jewel box. New missions, new enemies, even a new cheap intro cinematic. 3 new weapons, one of those is a cool chainsaw which is unfortunately way to weak to have any use. For a hardcore fans it's a good fun, another point of view on the invasion.

Hardcore simulation, beautiful landscapes, realistic tracks. Framerating could be higher. Savings takes long time and it saves automatically before and after each track and park stop. There definitely should be option to turn off autosave and it's missing. Overall still very good game.

1 major issue: Framerate. Maximum FPS is 30 but constantly drops. I thought my Playstation is broken at first but then I checked FPS comparisons on youtube and saw that it is the issue of the game. Situation is better on XBox version but still nothing to brag about. Compared to old F1 championship edition it is embarrassing. This problem is the same in 2012, 13 and 14. It is not a deal breaker but it certainly make the game awfull to look at and decreases sense of speed and fun to race. Other than that it is good game, in case you don't own 2012 because there is very few updates.

Way too easy. At the end of my first season 50% of real race length driving for worst team Lotus Caterham I was able to win every race. That was on maximum difficulty and realism settings. It is such a big shame because I like everything else in this game. Graphics is very simple that is true but on the other hand Frame rate seems to 60 fps. Therefore the sense of speed is phenomenal. There are also racing minigames but because of the fact that main racing is useless it is not worth buying. Problem is that even if you are racing worst car, it is always much faster with better acceleration than any other cpu controlled cars. Can be used only for trophy chasing because that will be very easy or multiplayer. Online lobby is always empty though.

This is the best racing simulation for Vita. It is complete "big" console video game. Nothing was left out. In the age when Vita seems to be dead for some main games like Formula1 or NBA, it's great surprise and also the reason to buy Vita for any Moto GP fan. I was expecting Milestones MotoGP 14 to be just an update of last year's game. Just new liveries and charts. I was shocked that I am playing completely new game. It handles, looks and plays better than 13 in every way. Framerate is slightly lower but still excellent given beatiful graphics, especially when having view from riders perspective. Every bike got different visuals and looks fantastic. Wide variety of realism and difficulty options makes it lasts seemingly forever. Many single player options and side events to pass aside from a huge meaty racing career. It is hard to find anything that would be neglected I can only found: 1. Motor sounds better on PS3 and 2. Rider does not move ankle while gearing up. Only when gearing down.

On a brand new Vita, I really enjoyed the stunning visuals of this Wipeout. Level of details is shocking and it is hard to believe you seeing this on a portable machine. This prolonged the loading times that are just about bearable. When it comes to gameplay though, I just can't shake the feeling that it was better in last two iterations of portable Wipeout (on PSP). Especially, the high speed of the racers, seems to be a problem here as it becomes to frenetic and chaotic. For the first time in this series, I think it would be good to slow down a little. Overall, Wipeout 2048 is not the disapointment and still worth playing.

Manhunt 2 is really trying to be a wild ride through a B-horrors movies and since it succeeds most of the time, fans of the genre will find a lot of references and the atmosphere of these movies. Solid graphics, gameplay and longetivity makes this game a full scale console experience on a go. One flaw here is however that the game is taking itself too seriously, but that cannot spoil the fun. 85%

I was really giving up hopes for a good story-driven Star Wars game on PSP, after multi-player only Battlefronts and a awful Lethal alliance this one is quite a shock. It looks great, frame rate is smooth, story is one of the better ones in Star Wars gaming universe. Atmosphere here is very strong, probably because of the excellent voice over and well written dialogs. Since the gameplay is on high level as well, only thing that keep the Force from being mind blowing is that it feels too familiar for a gamers who played Jedi Knight series on PC. But then again, who would have thought that PSP will bring a similar experience as flawless Jedi Knight few years ago? 87%
