It’s actually very surprising this movie spawned a franchise because it was a slog to get through. From the camcorder quality, unmastered audio and very, very sloppy writing, I don’t know how this became synonymous with ‘classic.’

Not sure what the critics enjoyed about this film. It was stiff, corny, all over the place and bad an awful soundtrack. Everything felt out of place. I watched for Denzel, but even he couldn’t make his poorly written character work. Jeffrey Wright was the only one that stood out to me. This was basically an Apple commercial on TV+ with product placement everywhere.

A decent film that could do without all but Robotnik for the human characters. The actress that plays Maggie is without a doubt the worst at it and the wedding stuff was highly unnecessary.

Having no understanding of the game and its point, this movie is downright awful as a casual observer.

It’s basically an Indiana Jones, The Mummy and/or Pirates knockoff set in the Amazon. It’s overly kitschy with horrible dialogue and terrible acting. It has the worst of the Disney tropes with none of the charm. You strip away the actors and the studio, it would be a D-level Netflix flick.

Not nearly as good as the first one. Definitely not as much genuine comedy throughout, though there were forced moments that didn't seem to quite land. It also seemed like this movie borrowed elements of other movies to cobble together a sequel.

Was never into the Indy series as a youth, first made a few years before I was born. Seeing it in my late 30s confirmed my hunch it wasn’t good. You strip away the big names (Spielberg, Ford, Lucas and John Williams) and you have a very campy and terrible movie. The dialogue is awful, the pacing is all over the place and it definitely doesn’t warrant a 2 hour run time.

A complete **** of the Garfield. From terrible voice casting to the lack of the vet or grandma coupled with a story that is so far outside the Garfield realm, this was downright awful.

I’m not quite understanding of the overwhelming praise for this movie. I understand the limited budget to what Legendary is making in the States but this movie was way too heavy handed with the guilt for the main character and the rigidity of Captain G on land was pathetic. To me, Shin was better in that it brought an entirely different idea of Godzilla to the tablE.

What even is this movie? Just the amount of factual errors presented and ignored just to have to plot fall perfectly into place along with awful acting and poor storytelling makes it the absolute worst movie ever.
