This movie is about Narcissism. It is a terrible disorder and causes highly dysfunctional families. The movie represents this well - believe me i was raised by a father like this. I have noticed both angry and highly dismissive rants about this film in the user reviews. If my father reviewed this movie he would absolutely hate it. Just saying.

I could not, for the love of life, understand what was being talked about in the first 20 mins of this movie. The rest of the film was also as confusing, and i kept thinking whether or not i missed something important in the opening scenes. Then, as if i missed the whole plot - i could not understand what happened in the end? So, i had to read about it somewhere. Yes, it was a fantastic plot, but executed badly. Which is a shame as the two main actors weren't that bad, the script was just too hard to follow.

Much better than the last two installments of the franchise. Definitely not original though. I feel that this is Craig's last bond film and the direction although safe gave me a good impression in the end. One that finally related Bond to the rest of us. He wants to be normal after all, marry a beautiful woman and have tonnes of kids. At least this is what i gathered. And if this is the direction it took, its funny as i would usually be sad to see the end, but instead I'm excited at what the franchise will come up with next.

I thought Tom Hardy was really good in this. The movie portrays one of England's most notorious gangs the Kray twins. Although a good movie, i felt it could have gone a whole lot deeper in to their psyche. The makers of this movie should have watched Chopper a few times before filming.

Put together well and solid. Contrary to the view of many others, I actually thought Wahlberg acted well. Not the biggest worst crap I've ever seen. However, one does not simply copy 'Rounders'.

I thought this movie was scary. However, for a movie made in 2007 you would think the special effects wouldn't look so 90's. Great performances by Cusack and Jackson.

Not sure why i came across articles on the net deeming Mad Max Fury Road a Feminists movie for the **** movement. Didn't notice anything feminist about it. It is action packed and fits right in to the Mad Max franchise. To put it plainly - i enjoyed it from start to end. Had high expectations and felt it delivered.

In one scene, the main character turns to his air head wife and say's "I work for the CIA" and then she cheese'ishly cry's in 80's style. That about sums up this stupid crap!

Ok, so when i first saw the movie i was let down. You see, i went in to the theater with a false pretense the movie was an incredible action flick. It was the way in which it was advertised. After watching it again almost a year later, i have to say the movie was actually incredible. The marketing ruined its performance.

So, moral of the story - Two people arent getting along. One tells the other off. The other slaps the other. Then the slapped person blows up the other ones house. Then the house owner Kills the other. This is a great lesson for our kids. Hate violence kill bomb and cool stuff.

There really wasn't much of a 'movie' here. This was more like dot points to what will happen if certain events took place in space whilst you were space walking. If it were based on a true story i wouldn't have expected anything more than what it was, in fact i would have scored a lot higher. But it wasn't, it was made up. And that is my problem, there could have been a little more story telling more feeling maybe some romance etc. I loved the visual aspect and thought the acting was great. In fact i thought it was made really well, just needed more story telling, it felt bland.

This was a great action flick. Not an all time favorite however. As i love to watch great movies over and over; i usually base my score on whether a movie has enough merit to watch again. In this case i found the story too predictable. Hard nut man crawls out from his hole to kill bad guys who killed his dog - his dead wife's last gift. I even predicted he'd find another dog :( There were no twists, no new age story line nothing just the same old kick ass story. Not that it was bad, by all means its definitely worth watching. Its exciting! I just expected a little more story intrigue.

Was scary!!! This scared the living crap out of me. Yet i'm the brat aethiest, go figure! The movie is very subtle - then out of nowhere some scary b,,tch jumps off a big cabinet and then i couldnt sleep that night. Don't watch alone dont be a fool.

When they landed on one of those planets and spent just a few hours there whilst one of the crew remained in the mother ship near by in space and when they returned to the ship and were notified they had been gone for 23 years and a friend of mine confirmed that that is actually a possibility!?! I felt like bacteria.

I must admit - i wasn't all that sold on the idea that Cruise was some mysterious kick ass army veteran. , And although the first fight seen is good it still doesn't give that kick ass flare we see from the mission impossible movies. Cruise sounded more like a well behaved family man rather than that of a rogue dark angel. However, all that aside the movie is actually really good. I enjoyed the story, the villains and especially the chase scene. by the end everything seems to come together well - i was satisfied for a Saturday afternoon on the couch.

I was simply flicking thru channels and came across this movie. I got real scared watching it - especially the mental hospital scene. I don't know how the movie was advertised and what people expected from it. I had no idea the movie existed until i watched it - i really had no issues with it.

Why oh why oh why is this movie rated so low by the 'experts' ?? I understand that a number of people wont like this movie, like people who watch gone with the wind for 10,000th time on Saturday night. People like my mother who wont find the movie all that amusing because there were no real romantic scenes. Or people like my 5th grade teacher who hated cursing. Yeah fair enough they may hate it - but their views are not the be all and end all view of this movie. I have watched this movie several times and enjoyed it thoroughly. I laughed all the way thru. I loved the chemistry between the characters i thought the movie was brilliant. Sorry experts, you are Wrong.

Marvel knows the right recipe for a fun movie. Yes it is predictable as many have complained about here. However, why shouldn't it be? the galaxy is in danger - the unlikely hero's come and save the day. I knew that before watching the film - that didn't deter me. I wanted to see a happy ending! Although predictable, Marvel finds some way of being original and pushing the boundaries. They succeeded! I would have given a 10 if it weren't for the constant " I am GRUT" that wasnt funny?

I was dragged to the movie by my over eager girlfriend... I'm a little worried now. The movie is brilliant though, cant complain. Probably the best way to see it is not knowing anything about it before hand. I didn't know what to expect. From the trailer i assumed the movie was about a violent husband going a little too far - far from it it would seem. But that's just the brilliance of this movie you really have know idea until the final credits - and even then you're still thinking about it.

Brad Pitt, how many pro Jewish movies will you make in your life time? What about Stalin?? what about every other empire that **** the world up at some point in history - why are all the movies about ****. Im sick of this **** crap. Schindler's list was the last be all and end all. No more please! We understand, **** are bad! Why dont they make a movie of the GAZA strip??????????

This movie promised to be a fun, action packed sci fi comedy. It delivered on that 10/10 it definitely aint no documentary for those of you who are confused.

I cant argue anything about the science the movie talks about. Although it seemed excessive towards the end i was still very entertained. Its a very interesting movie.

As far as im concerned this movie changed the face of action movies for ever. WTF is wrong with these so called professional reviewers? and why is it that they differ so much from the general public. Idiots. This movie is legendary. Stab yourself with a shoe if you haven't already seen this movie.

A long and somewhat boring movie with snippets of "fun". Very talky talky and one very hot toilet sex scene - which is about as exciting as the movie got. Great acting by all means. If i got anything from this movie it was that bale can actually act. I didn't know that - good for him.

I liked the fact that it showed the toll bond had accumulated over the years. But I expected him to snap out of his lonely old man state of mind and kick some ass. In all honesty the movie felt like it should have instead been the first 15minutes of another epic bond film.

I really had no idea what this movie was about when it started on foxtel. I was about to leave for shopping but was stuck on the corner of the couch. My eyes were fixated on the screen, it wasn't long before I laid back and got into my usual couch potato position. If someone told me the story line before hand i would never have watched it. Im glad no one ever brought it up, it was brilliant. Sam Rockwell was so good in his performance. I was super glued to every detail of expression his face had to offer - he could have told that story with his face alone. Totally underrated by the experts and completely misunderstood by the user reviewers. It simply must be watched.

What i love about this movie, is it shows us how all our invested money is played with at the highest level of the financial system. Its shocking to be honest. What's more alarming is that you would think people of wisdom, intelligence and responsibility would be running the show, only to find out, that they are just a bunch of power hungry go getter's with a '****' attitude. Brilliantly told and an absolute must watch! Could have been a little shorter though.

Hangover 3 simply got too serious. This was not the comedy i had been waiting for. An intervention for Christ's sake? What was the point of this 'end' to the trilogy? What were the film makers trying to say here? 'ok guys, funs over everybody go home now...' dissatisfied and disappointed with this flick. Although I loved hangover 2, its plot seemed the exact same as the first. So ill give this one a 1 for at least trying something different.

Tron is a hell of a movie! Now I know this ain't everybody's cup of tea. It is a movie with a unique audience. I don't know how i fell into that audience as im not your average syfi guy - im here nonetheless. The story line is fantastic I thoroughly enjoyed every second of it. The idea is also brilliant and jeff bridges was gold. It's one of the first movies I've watched were you know it will form part of a trilogy at the very least. The makers have planted enough seeds that will make the next instalment very meaningful. This is probably one for the guys, the girls will be bored in the first 15mins. Daft Punks music suited it well too.

Im shocked at the critics review of this movie. I specifically joined to put my 2cents against them. One of my all time favourites. National Treasure has had a lasting affect on me. I've never met anyone who didn't like it. If you're into a mission impossible style movie this is a must watch. It has action adventure comedy romance and a happy ending, what else could you want in a feel good movie! It had fantastic twists all throughout, in particular the end. Its not the pianist or shindlers list- not all movies are like this nor would we want them all to be.
