The film simply wouldn’t be much, however, without Cooke’s quick-witted performance. She’s formidable and disarming at the same time, all the time. The character’s always got a line and, usually, a good move for any situation.

There are 3 very good reasons to seek out Pixie. 1) Olivia Cooke makes EVERY movie she's in a even better movie. I really enjoyed her in Little Fish, but she cranked up her charisma to 10 playing Pixie. The 2nd reason to watch Pixie is to see Alec Baldwin enjoying himself immensley playing a gun toting, Bible quoting drug dealing Irish Priest. But even if Pixie is too silly? The 3rd reason is to admire the beauty of Ireland. Gorgeous cinemaphotography. Pack your bags. I want to see the Irish countryside. This was a fun little movie.
