Though I don’t think 100 Days to Live is necessarily a PSA on suicide prevention, it’s a damn good thriller. I’m still thinking about the morality of that ending even now.

Although sometimes convoluted and occasionally implausible, this is a well-filmed and ambitiously creative first effort from writer-producer-director Ravin Gandhi.

100 Days to Live is a wonderful surprise that I did not see coming. It has a well told/well acted story that continuously surprised me at every single twist and turn. Despite a few minor shortcomings, primarily with the police and detectives in the film, I was enthralled with this film from beginning to end. It's not heavy on action or gore but it's certainly heavy on very interesting well told story threads and really well written characters. There are a few twists and turns that I certainly did not see coming and they never once felt like something out of left field. They all felt believable and earnest in regards to the characters within the film. This is a hidden indie gem that deserves more than 100 Days in the spotlight.

A really gripping thriller; one of the best I've seen in a while. It may be best to warn people regarding suicidal attempts made in the film. It was a bit of rough ride for me for that reason, but the ending helped bring everything back together amazingly. Everyone in the cast did an exceptional job. I recommend it.

It’s a traditional thriller with a twist, subverting genre roles and presenting a very specific kind of sociopath, one whose brain was broken by trauma. It’s not perfect but it offers a quick-paced escapism that makes me wonder what Gandhi might do with more time and money.

It's easy to see this coming out in 1998 with Ashley Judd as Rebecca, and Carey Elwes under Victor's tattooed skin. However, this midbudget drama doesn't have quite that star power, and it definitely lacks the visual flair of that era's overdriven and weird procedurals.

The plot seemed excellent. Thought it would be at par with David Fincher's Seven. Alas, it was an idiotic execution. The director should stay away from making movies. The cast is so pathetic that every one just hams their way through their roles. The lead actress has this irritating habit of going wide-open eyes every few minutes, whatever the situation. Other actors are equally intolerable. The writing is abysmally formulaic and pathetic. The scenes were tediously long. What frustrates is that the premise was so good, that in good hands, this could have become a memorable movie. Just couldn't wait to see the see it to the end, it was that bad. Left after sitting through 2/3rd of it. Overall, B-grade movie with C-grade stars. Sheer wastage of time — you have been warned.
