Bad Mojo
A true one-of-a-kind experience; unless you absolutely can’t handle the gritty material, you owe it to yourself to hunt down this quirky game.
A tremendously fun game; I don't usually play adventure games, but this one held my interest from beginning to end. With excellent roach animation and plenty of interesting locations to wander around your senses are kept keen, and the stylish video clips add very well to the eerie atmosphere.
Overall, I quite enjoyed the puzzle/maze aspect of this game though it is not one that I would want to return to, and it is definitely not for the squeamish.

Bad Mojo. **** a game I played for a bit but my pc actually stopped working, cba to buy the actual steam version, my itch download had an error or smth so I watched a full playthrough of it, short but quite the interesting **** starts off in such an intriguing way, it's a lengthy unskippable cutscene all in live action. About some guy in his apartment and his landlord interrogates him about the rent, the acting is so intriguing to watch lmao. anyway he plans to **** off but ends up stealing this amulet or something and transforms into a bug, think it was a little cockroach. anyway the gameplay is this top down exploration puzzle game using photography and images with some decent perspective work as the cockroach sprite traverses the different bits of scenary, crawling around puddles of rainwater and climbing into car engines. It's all really weird and ichy visually but it flows and plays really nicely. It's an incredibly just weird concept, probably done in film hundreds of times about morphing into a little bug, but yeah I found this super interesting and for the mid-90's very neat.7/10

Bad Mojo was amazing. I had heard about it many years ago but I recently remembered of it after seeing it mentioned in a list of good old games. The video cutscenes are silly (and very low quality) but they are funny but the gameplay is impeccable. It surprised me that while it was traditionally harder than newer games, it wasn’t that bad and I think the balance of its difficulty even for 2019 was excellent. It did not hand hold you and a puzzle or two could have better controls to make more sense, but it always gave hints. Only minor gripe I have with it is that the symbol that denotes there’s a guide nearby could be more explicitly explained at the start as an existence in the game because resolution was too low to notice it at the start. Anyway, 9/10. It could easily be remade or turn HD. PS. It would likely digust you at first. I nearly stopped playing the game entirely because of it. But it’s part of its character.

Four Fat Chicks
Spin aside, for those with a taste for the creepy/weird and a willingness to see through the grime of the world into the heart of the spirit, Bad Mojo is an extraordinary adventure.

It is a genuinely disgusting game and is also extremely original and playable. Got any roach?

All Game Guide
An ambitious adventure game of epic proportions, especially from the perspective of a roach.

This game, like too many now, is just a clunker wrapped up with pretty graphics. It may satisfy all you gamers that absolutely despise the bright and cheery atmosphere of Myst, but lacks in gameplay. So don't worry about calling the Orkin man, this cockroach is just about dead.
