A must have, if you've never played Forza Horizon before and cars appeal to you. But if you aren't new to the series, the whole thing will be a massive deja vu that feels rather like a very big addon than an actual sequel. To me, who started with FH3, it is enjoyable-ish, but next time the trick will definitely not work out. Playground Games should really work on novelizing in the core mechanics, storytelling and the look-and-feel. Also, the promoted diversity of the world does not show enough, but the new sounds system is indeed cool.

A quite expectedly failed experiment and nothing more. Doesn't deserve the performance whine though, it runs very well. The plot is a disaster, it's nearly non-existent except for the characters' background. There are no proper answers for the key questions or proper motivation for Colt or Juliana. Let alone other characters, whose behaviour is way beyond understanding. It's much less of an immersive sim than other Arkane games: only few objects are interactive and no skills except for the teleport and double jump can open alternative paths for you. The intro and intermissions are very mobile game style: tutorials that force you through menus for long boring times, taunts, rewards etc - I guess the dark age where the lines between mobile and PC blur has finally come. The combat is mostly shooting and it's the normal Bethesda style shooting, resembling Wolfenstein TNO, Fallout 4, Doom, Quake etc (Fallout 4 most of all). But! The game is still an enjoyable unique immersive sim-ish action with a charismatic artstyle and beautiful modern graphics technology (even if not as much as desired).

"Flight simulator" is false advertising, it's actually Download simulator. First I downloaded the game from MS Store - fine. But then there is the in-game download centre which asks you to download additional 150 GiB... At 20 Mbit/s on average! So I wasted 2-3 days on that. Then comes lvl 3 - Content manager, through which you download the world updates at the same 20 Mbit/s. So 4 days later I could finally admire the world of the game in an 8-hour sightseeing flight, appreciate the fascinating vistas, true-to-life towns and landscapes and relax to the beauty of local nature, while experiencing the new vivid and believeable flight model, which is a real joy for your hands. Until they released a 55-GiB update when I was 1 hour away from my goal and ruined my evening. I couldn't possibly download it until I went to bed, so I continued in the morning and... The game required a COMPLETE re-download, and said there wasn't enough disk space (because all the packages were already there). And then, of course, came a world updates redownload, the 55 GiB didn't have the new world update within it. And then my Game Pass ran out.

Honestly, it is 87/100-ish, but the whine is a real shame. It's pure next gen and the graphics are unmatched. Yes, the world is dead. If you expected a GTA from an RPG, get out. But the story is good, the characters are very well written and behave plausibly, humane. It's not the level of The Witcher, but each quest, even the minor ones, is unique and can be a pleasant surprise. But what's even better, each quest will offer multiple tactical options, almost like an immersive sim, and the locations of the numerous minor quests are all crafted with love and detail. The first hours can make a bad impression, but still grips you tightly like few games can, all the way to hour 15-20, when it really starts to shine.

Oh, the hypocrisy. As if GTA 5 on PS3 ran much better. The game is good, it's adult in the good way, well written, even minor quests are all unique. Honestly, do avoid it on last gen, but in no way do the problems make it deserve the low rating.

I do like this game, but it so happened that in this review I will be focusing mostly on what I dislike about it. Maybe I woke up on the wrong side of the bed on release day or something - who knows. Altogether the game is a lot of solid, high quality experience, raising the bar in 2D games, and a true delight to your eyes. I'm happy to have played it, but I'm just not sure whether it is the sequel I anticipated. As of 13.03.20, the game suffers a great number of glitches. Ori gets stuck in a number of places, gets teleported, the game freezes and on rare occasions hangs your PC dead. Most problems are tackled by loading a save or mashing buttons randomly. Also, the game may be working not quite right on Full HD displays as it is meant for Ultra HD, sometimes aliasing or shimmering may be seen. Ultimately, the thing I missed most while playing was the melancholic, lonely atmosphere. Reasons why I think it changed: - The locations. They have changed from a cozy, admirable magical forest into uncomfortable-to-horrifying environments, where you don't feel safe except for special safe zones and want to run faster. Also, although the map got bigger, it doesn't give you a lot of chance or wish to run through the same places many times to get used to them. The locations are always full of scary looking spikes and - Enemies, which are now often nightmare monsters instead of nice or funny-ish looking creatures. - Ori is now nearly a Rambo who is ready to fight anything nearly with his bare hands from the beginning. - The game design got more generic, with buying skills and weapons, autosave, a "motherbase"-thing, a lot of NPCs to talk to, bosses and things like that. Also, it gets repetitative and predictible, as all sections of the plot have similar structure. Storywise the game has not really matched the Blind Forest. The majority of the plot is farfetched and not closely as emotional, except for the ending which, although is not logically connected with the rest of the plot enough, left me completely devastated. A good thing is that the story is much richer, there are events happening and quests changing all the time compared to BF. Gameplaywise it's more sophisticated in a good way, ever-changing and never bores you, but a lot of tools are used only in special sections and/or are replaced with other ones later on. Also, if you've played through BF a couple times, this one will not be as challenging, but rather like another walkthrough of BF, but on a different map.

Such a shame ppl giving it 0s because of Epic Store. You're only dooming the series, the developers and advanced graphics in future games. Metro is not an AAA game by a big rich studio, but a genuine effort by a passionate team that NEEDS your support. And boy the game is good. Unmatched visuals. Locations hand made with love, exploring feels amazing, it's just what Metro needed. Brilliant dialogues by the author of the book series. Nice story. Ultimate Slavic atmosphere. Great licensed songs. The only real drawback is its length: feels like it should've been 1.5 to 2 times bigger. It's NOT buggy, I have not come across any serious bugs throughout the entire game on day 1, the performance is great with my GTX 970. It's one of the most polished games at launch withing the last 5 years. Put a 10/10 to even those 0s as much as I can.

Cutscene concentration is too high. I was so bored during the first 4 hours. Graphics are OK, but for PS3. The whole gameplay is just walking through a corridor between cutscenes. The story is good, but nothing special. The dialogues and emotions of the characters are incredibly stupid and not believeable. Only music is flawless in this game. No idea, why it is so overhyped.

The game is a total disappointment. Man, it's so stupid. I think I haven't seen a worse AI, especially in stealth. And when you can't go with stealth, just find a good cover, jump out of it, shoot 1 arrow, jump back, repeat for the next 30 minutes. And most of the activities rely on this awful combat! It gets so boring it's hard to finish the story. The game never lets you think. If you happen to get stuck even for a moment, you'll instantly get a hint. The graphics are not good. Almost 0 ambiance interactivity. Very poor texture FX and draw distances. The world is not quite believable. The music and sounds are only annoying. The game plays like a bad mixture of Far Cry and Witcher. There is nothing good but the setting in this game.

Stunning graphics, but not much more. Long and boring dialogues with poor character animations, rare and simple puzzles. No special meaning or message in the plot, though I expected to find some (or should I look better?). This game couldn't hold me for a complete walkthrough. Much worth seeing, but probably not really worth walking through.

This game simply perfectly combines old school gameplay and modern elements. Worked through and not corridor-like levels, pick-ups, bosses, brutal battles at dizzily high speed we all missed so much since early 2000s are now back together with today's probably most fascinating arcade shooting mechanics, gun modifications, perks, stealth and freeplay elements. Amazing design and universe will keep you exploring, staring at devices, vehicles, posters and reading newspapers and after all, believe in the world beyond the corridors of the **** that is a rare and extremely important achievement. I have not had such an experience for years, and for that I am thankful to Machinegames. Quite a touching, long and insignificantly, but branching story will only fasten the impression. Voice acting deserves additional praise. Germans speak good and correct German, Poles speak Polish, and when both try to speak English, we hear correct and realistic accent. British speak British English, Americans - the American way. May be not really much of an achievement nowadays, but I literally experienced a linguistic orgasm. Flavour all that with awesome soundtrack and you'll get one of the most influential shooters of the last years. Only graphics might spoil this game for you: idTech 5 simply made me hate it with its dynamic resolution textures and shadowmaps and consider it to be one of the worst modern game engines. Looks like nothing is to be done: the industry is far not the same, Carmack is not the same, and now he isn't even at id Software, so I've little hope at idTech 6. Still, I just can't say that Wolf TNO is not a beautiful game.

Now this is what Fallout must be like! Modern, immersive and action-full, but at the same time a great RPG with richly branched dialogues and quests and a mighty load of really interesting, unusual quests with a rich background story that you will remember for a long time. And the crazy, mystic and depressing atmosphere of the Wasteland, of course. Bethesda, YU give us Fallout 4 after that?!?! I thought you have learnt a good lesson working at this game, but instead we see the very opposite.
