Hotel Mumbai10

Extremely suspenseful and well acted movie. Did a great job showing the extremes of life in India. Showed the bravery of the hotel staff where many maintained their duty to protect their guests. The terrorists were depicted as methodical killers controlled by their leader who communicated to them via radio a mixture of tactics and propaganda. So well done!

You have to question the legitimacy of ratings. You have to be suspicious of any good rating. This was a horrible movie. Enough with the shaking hand held camera. Enough of the melodrama. I could hardly stay awake through this movie. My biggest regret is I'll never get those 2 hours back. How do you make one of the most exciting events in our history so painfully boring?

They said the movie was factual but I kept thinking this seems too incredible. And why had I never heard of it? I did research afterwards and discovered that only the most basic storyline is true - the rest is total fiction. The part of the story that was true didn't make much sense - why wouldn't the same person be meeting in-person and speaking on the phone? And why is Trump brought into the movie? Oh, to win an Oscar. Spike, you make some good movies but you try just too hard to make some meaningful statement but it falls flat.

One of the strangest movies I've seen. Brokeback mountain meets The Wire. But, I have to admit, it did make me think. Like, was there a plot in this movie? Or, how did this ever win best picture?

I'm a fan of Natalie Portman but her impersonation of Jackie was so annoying we turned off the movie after 10 minutes. Her accent sounded like a screeching cat on Zanax. Too bad OnDemand doesn't have a refund policy.

It was predictable, slow and incredibly long. It would not end, it just going on and on and on and **** 2.5 hours. I love James Bond movies and this was by FAR the worst one yet. Anybody who rated this a 10 probably isn't independent.

The first part of this tragedy begins by having a first time director, Angelina Jolie, direct this incredible story. This is an epic story and even a highly experienced director would have struggled. She managed to leave off perhaps the most important part of the story - what happened to Louie after the war. Perhaps she ran out of time or money or perhaps she didn't agree with that part. Most of the scenes were simply way over acted which made intense scenes seem almost comical. Overall, a huge disappointment.

Well done documentary. Especially enjoyed how they covered the time period from many different perspectives though it was missing the North Vietnam perspective. Really difficult decisions needed to be made and it was nice to see people making the tough choices that went against orders.

If you like movies about drunks and degenerates then you'll love this movie. I couldn't figure out the point of this movie even though it was completely predictable. The whole time I kept thinking it had to get better, since it had high ratings, but it never did. Makes me think these rating are scammed.

The most over rated movie of the year and quite possibly history. They finally figured out how to make McConaughey shine as an actor surround him with other horrific actors. He plays a homeless, starving vagrant. At one point, they mention his shirt and I thought, here it comes, he's going to take his damn shirt off (mandatory in all his movies). Of course, they contrive a way and he takes his shirt off and he's all ripped he can't find food but manages to hit the gym 3 times a day. Absurd

Really disappointing to see 2 of my favorite actors (matt and jodie) bomb it with this one. Basically, Occupy Wall Street with space ships. My kids and I sat around all-too-accurately predicting the plot and even dialogue. I love the part where a bunch of random numbers flash on the screen and the character recognizes it as reboot code right.
