I'm going to be the odd one out here and say that I just didn't like the overly streamlined quest system with a literal line that leads you to the objective. The battle system was just not enjoyable, as well. I constantly found myself fighting with the weight limit in the game, too. I loved the first two games, however.

If you can adjust to the battle system that aged terribly, then the world building is top-notch.

I just didn't like the controls at all. It is an improvement on the game it was meant to fix, but it just does not play well in the modern age.

The critics are wrong here and the user reviews are correct: this game is fantastic. Play it for the story and not the gameplay.

If you can, get the original version, not the "Anniversary" edition. The original game doesn't need "improving".

The best, really. The music will really get you going and the game world is vibrant. 100% give it a go if you like platformers.

I think it gets better as you play it. Get a little past the first dungeon and everything becomes more interesting.

If you buy this, get the art book as well. It's really a gift to everyone that it is free.

An unknown gem. Give it a try if you like the game's style from the videos and screenshots.
