Escape from Ever After is a charming, funny turn-based RPG inspired by Paper Mario. It features great writing, a banger soundtrack, rewarding combat, clever puzzles, and excellent pacing. It runs perfectly on Steam Deck and is an absolute steal for its price.

Trepang 2 takes the foundations laid by FEAR and propels them to the next level. Although the game's duration is relatively short, spanning around 6 hours, the exceptional quality of every aspect kept me thoroughly engaged. A game of this caliber deserves financial support for its developers. Each firearm feels satisfying to wield, combat is reminiscent of the fast-paced action found in Doom, and it offers a diverse range of gameplay options. The soundtrack adds to the immersive experience. The combat mechanics draw inspiration from FEAR, incorporating enjoyable elements like slow-motion slides, jump kicks, and Crysis, with the ability to grab and throw enemies and employ cloaking tactics for hit-and-run attacks. 7/10

This game offers a delightful blend of elements from Factorio and Forager, and it took me approximately 25 hours to complete about 95% of the available content. Transitioning from Factorio, I appreciated the need for creativity and number crunching in this game. Unlike Factorio, however, the game doesn't provide production rate metrics, requiring players to observe and adjust their production chains accordingly. That being said, the game rarely leaves you idle, except towards the end when everything is set up according to your preferences. Thankfully, there are several activities to occupy your time, such as sleeping in bed, enhancing your house, or taking a space walk. These additional side pursuits add to the overall charm of the game without becoming distractions from the main gameplay. Based on my playtime, I can confidently say that this game is worth it. Additionally, there are hints of future content updates, which is exciting to anticipate. 100/100

Amazing cyberpunk-themed turn-based RPG with some decent dialogue going for it. A bit short game (in my case around 12 hours) but definitely fun RPG. Love it!
