This is a fantastic game, which the user reviews don't represent very well. It has a thriving community and infinite replayability. The gameplay is very clean, easy to pick up insanely hard to master, intended for both casual and hardcore players alike. As for the subscription model, I am personally a fan of. One it guarantees continuous support from the developers, and not because they "can" but because they are "paid" to do so. The amount you get for what you are paying for is well worth it. 10$ a year for 100 official maps and access to 365 community maps, infinite club campaigns and many different gamemodes is just more than enough. I'd rather play a supported game that gets better over time rather than buying the "new" game every year like CoD or FIFA.

Guild Wars 29

The game's not perfect, but it's pretty close to that. The features in this game stand out so much, that you will have a hard time finding something similar. From World vs World to Competitive PvP, to World Exploration and Living Story, or even end game PvE like Fractals and Raids, there is something from everyone. The mount system is one of it's kind, the hybrid action/tab targeting combat is insanely deep not to mention the friendliest community in any MMO.

Monolith (2017)8

Even among the many fast-paced Roguelites, Monolith is still a great addition to the genre. Levels are shorter and faster than ever before (whole FLOORS can take less than 3 minutes) and the mechanics and movement feel great to play. My 2 issues are, builds (and upgrades) are not very deep, and many necessary QoL are locked behind the paid DLC. The game WITH the DLC is as good as a 9, but even as a standalone, it is still a great game for any fan of Twinstick Roguelites or Bullethell games.

Battlerite is the answer to the question, What is the best Team-Based-PvP game out there? Gameplay consists of pure fighting and pure skills. Games are short and exciting and the balance is pretty good. There is space for character customaziation, both gameplay wise and cosmeticly. Other than buying champions, nothing else is locked behind a hard paywall. The battlerite system is completily free to use from level 1. Cosmetics are, although, randomly, obtainable, even for free to play users. Best of all, Devs love the game, listen to the community and have a lot of work planned for the near future, like in game automated tournaments and clan system as well as a champion release every month for 2018.
