Watch Dogs: Legion7
Apr 10, 2026
WatchDogs Legion was a game I always wanted to have. The storyline was fairly quite confusing since the game took a high risk and had no set protagonist but introduced a recruitment system. I think it was incredibly creative and it lets you experience London from different perspectives. Combat system and fighting was pretty basic but had interesting move sets and takedown varied on your characters weapon or skill. NPC's yet again felt quite lively and I enjoyed that London in 2029 is highly accurate and realistic. The contribution of having Albion made it entirely more interesting. Whilst the story isn't the greatest and most things were a let down compared to watchdogs 2, the graphics, visuals, setting and hacking was still completely fun to use and I enjoy the fact it came with a free DLC, Legion Of The Dead. Finally, I'm happy to see a GTA styled game finally set in London again.

This game was a beauty. The parkour varied on the situation and the NPC's were so alive. You would find them not just talking and walking like in GTA 5 but skme would perform on the streets, practise yoga or dances in parks, some would even use baseball bats and destroy someone else's cars in rage. The ability to interact with them is very cool and results in realistic outcomes. The fighting and combat system was top notch along and missions were mixtures of hacking, action and stealth. They took hacking to a whole new level and the characters are so fun. The setting of San Francisco was realistic and undeniably smooth. It's a fun game to mess around especially in the multiplayer and I have no regrets. I bought the gold edition for £5.00 on Xbox and it was so worth it.

Dead Island 28
Apr 10, 2026
Dead Island 2 completely left behind Dead Island 1 to create a new story. The characters and weaponry customization is through the roof. The map and setting of LA put a vibrant vibe into a grim situation. It's not every day you see zombie games with vibrant settings. The story is very clear and easily tracked throughout the whole game and every hit you set on an enemy is very dependent. It's not a swing and repeat but instead, every body part and area has different effects on different variants so the game is more challenging. The DLC of Sola is also fantastic. They bring back a vibrant setting which is a music festival and it's even more creative. The game was also very fun to play and mess around in with multilayer and different modes including the large free roaming there was to play. Solid game and I'll be waiting for Dead Island 3 which has been confirmed by DamBuster Studios. I bought the deluxe edition for £5.00 from Xbox aswell which was an absolute steal.
