PAYDAY 2: the game where you and other 3 players kill mindless swarms of cops while always doing the same objectives. It was funny for the first 30 hours. Then I realized I wasted $30 usd on an arcade shooter of killing **** cops for the sake of lvling and getting enough money for doing "Infamy", which is almost the exact thing that "Prestige" from CoD. You loose all your money, your level is reset to 0 and you can start lvling again. All for a mask and a supposed "buff" that gives you nothing. It's not funny. The whole game is based on hooking you to grinding exp and money. Heists are boring, limited and repetitive, with re-used maps and repetitive objectives. There used to be a simple stealth system that was rather fun and gave actual replay-ability to the game. You could challenge yourself and solo-stealth missions on the highest difficulty just by being level 35 or so and by having the right gear. After Update 24, the "Death Wish update", stealth and low levels got almost completely ruined. You can't solo stealth most missions now (and there aren't many missions), hell, you can't stealth most missions now, period. Low levels got ruined because of the new exp system, which is BS. Want more BS? There's no anti-cheaters protection. This game is swarmed by hackers. But I personally don't care. They actually enhance the game rather than annoy the community. They give tons of money and can make you lvl up fast if you're good to them, plus they can start custom game modes like pvp or a boss fight with a powerful Bulldozer and his henchmen. OVERKILL keeps saying they care about their community, but the proof they give is different. They keep releasing weapon pack DLCs with items that should have been included in the game and they barely release new, innovative maps. Grenades, which come in the "Gage weapon pack #1" and are very useful, are worth $5. And you buy that pack only for the grenades, the other content ****. It makes me wonder sometimes if this is a p2w game and if they ruined stealth in purpose so you would go loud and buy their DLCs. Overall, this is not the big game of robbing big banks with lots of preparation, planification, etc we were promised. This is the lvling game. You play a lot to level up, or you hack and become bored when you find out there's not much to do on the game when you're level 100.

Forget both the haters's and fanboys's reviews. They do not make justice to the game. A: MR is a decent game with a decent port to PC. Yes, the controls feel clunky on PC, but it is playable. I completed the game on Nightmare on my first run without problems. However, the technical problems are, like Fuz said, an abomination. The art is fantastic. From the various locations in Wonderland to Alice's dresses, the game is really well designed. It's a pity the graphics do not make justice to the art at all. The gameplay is entertaining enough, with fast-paced battles and somewhat challenging puzzles, plus 4 or 5 mini-games throughout the whole story. The OST is limited, but fantastic. It really enhances the ambient you are, whether it's a sad, scary or a beautiful one. The story is really well, but at the same time it isn't. It's filled with plot-holes I can't seem to answer, specially the very end, where I find many plot-holes to be found on an apparently not well-thought plot. This game, just like the first Alice, needed a lot more work explaining the story and what happened to Alice in the real world IN DETAIL, whether it was on cinematics or in memories inside Wonderland. Though this still wouldn't fix some problems with Alice's family's death plot-holes, it would make the game more enjoyable and the plot more understandable. The game overall feels too short though. I ended it in 3 days. Maybe that's why the story has many plot-holes, they couldn't make all the story fit in such a short game. Like I said, the game needed a lot more emphasis explaining the story. It kinda feels like they were rushed, maybe EA's influence? A: MR has plenty of collectibles to be found. Bottles containing concept art and biographies on monsters and characters. Memories giving more background on the different character's stories involving Alice and themselves. Small things really, but they enhance the game quite a bit. So, in resume, the game is ok. You will enjoy it on your first run and maybe have a second for collectibles. But you will forget it quite fast after that.

This is one of the reasons the Assassin's Creed saga should have ended already. It's a boring game with a boring combat system, a boring story and a sh**tty ending. God that ending. They could have done something right there but no, they decided to keep milking the story. I'm done with this saga.

The Fable saga has been ruined since the release of Fable 2. Some people say that Fable 2 was ok, but imo it is horrible. I couldn't play it more than once. Fable 3 is goddamn awful. Just watch a gameplay video and you will see what I mean. Even worse for PC gamers since this is a horrible port. What happened to you Lionhead? You made the amazing Fable: Lost Chapters and then you up an entire saga.

This is simply one of the best interactive story/game you will ever find on smartphones. Be warned though, this is not a kids game. This is for a mature audience only. The story is fantastic. You really don't know what to expect. 1 wrong move could be your doom or could make you loose a valuable asset for your journey. This game really accomplishes to get you deep into your character and it's world. Each choice you make has a tremendous consequence in the game. In this land of deceit and unexpected consequences, you have to think twice before making a movement, and this is one of the aspects I like the most. Nothing is black or white but gray, just like life itself. The game is filled with challenging puzzles and simple, but challenging, melee combat. Often you can use magic to avoid fights or to bypass some puzzles, but it costs stamina which is your HP and your requirement to use most magic spells so you have to be careful. I really can't find any big flaw on this game. It has no bugs, the few music it has is fantastic, it's perfect! The only flaw I could think of is the duration of the game, which some people find very short. I personally don't. I take an entire afternoon to complete a single walkthrough. Also have in mind that this is the first part of a 4 part story. Each part will be a different game, and will be sold separately. Your choices will be passed on to the next game via icloud. Buy this game. You won't regret it.

Dead Trigger 2

Dead Trigger was a good game, yet very repetitive and hard for those who don't spend real money on it, which was something that pissed me off cause I payed for it when it wasn't free. Yet the gold packs were really cheap. With $10 you could the best weapons in the game, the money buff and a lot more things. It is the only game I've seen with so cheap in-game purchases. Dead Trigger 2 is not like that. The gold packs are really expensive for what they give. 200 gold coins at a value of $10 doesn't give you anything more than a 24-hour buff of damage/money/etc. But enough of that. Let's get to the game itself. Gameplay: The game brings an innovative auto-fire system. This makes your character fire automatically when zombies get through your weapon's range, allowing you to move and aim easier on touch devices. This system is great when using melee weapons, but that's it. When it is activated, you can't aim down the sights, and if you want to shoot to a zombie far from you (to slow zombies down, for example. Which is useful for escort and sentinel missions.) you can't. Fortunately you can turn it off and play in the classic DT style. Another feature of this game is that you can bring only 2 ranged weapons and a melee weapon, which is nice since it adds challenge to the game. The feature I don't like is that you don't start with full health. You have to take painkillers to give you a "boost", and each time you advance a level you get 1 more health. This is an obvious attempt to make you rage and throw money on micro-transactions. Another feature is that you have to find the blueprints of your weapons in order to build em (see safe-house further in the review). Missions: Some few new missions were added. Escort, where you protect a dumb AI controlled character and lead him to safety. Sentinel, where you protect a door from getting breached, kinda similar to one on DT. Rarely, you get to shoot from a mounted gun or use a sniper on this kind of mission instead of going on foot and using your own weapons. Another new feature is that you can choose the difficulty of the mission. The harder you play, more money you get. Maps: One thing a lot of people wanted on this game was the option to free-roam the world full of zombies instead of picking a mission and going there. Sadly, they didn't do it. You only choose short missions to do, exactly the same as in it's predecessor, and the map missions are again so small that you can only do your mission and kill all the zombies in your way. A cool new feature is the ability of choosing the place where you want to fight on, and new locations unlock when you end the storyline missions of your current location. Unfortunately, right now you only have 2 places to choose: USA and Africa. Story: Same quality of the first one. You are a speechless character on a zombie world, and you meet boring people with boring dialogues. You never get to know how the hell the zombie outbreak started. The worst part is that DT2 doesn't continues the story on DT. At least on DT you were going to find out how and who made this happen! Safe-house: This is the biggest error they could have implemented on this game. This is the shop basically. You have 4 people ready to take your hard earned money and gold to create and upgrade medicines, weapons, explosives and special buffs and a scientist that improves your tech level, which allows you to further upgrade your guys so they can create other stuff and gives you more money per mission. Sounds interesting right? And what if I tell you that everything you buy has a preparation time? Painkillers take a minute to create, weapons take at least an hour and usually last more than 5, explosives at least 2 minutes, upgrades take at least 10 minutes and can last 8 hours or more. Just upgrading your tech level to level 3 takes an ENTIRE DAY (24 hours) and costs $40k. I don't even wanna know how much money and how long will it take to upgrade it to level 4. Not only that, but you have to upgrade your guys ONE BY ONE, and if you don't, you can't build some stuff, and their upgrade time is TOO DAMN HIGH. And all this stuff for what? For you to buy gold so it ends immediately. Overall, Dead Trigger 2 is clearly a 5-minute freemium game where you only run and shoot some zombies without a good story to support it. It is just not worth your time, there are far better mobile FPS games out there.
