Pretty bland. Frequent crashes resulting in loss of gameplay. Annoying voiceovers.

The Walking Dead: Saints & Sinners7

The game is pretty good, but lets face it, controls on the PS4 move are very awkward. Combine that with a relatively high difficulty, it can be pretty frustrating.

Blood & Truth4

Great game so far, entretaining and fun, though the controls are a bit cluncky, HOWEVER it is currently full of gamebreaking bugs. Had to reload several times due to bugs. Lost about two hours of gameplay on one occasion. Had to completely delete save file from ps4 menu and start anew another time due to an autosaved bugged mission (somehow started an unarmed mission with a gun in hand, with no way to put it away, preventing me from using tools) (was near the end).

Dragon quest games never disappoint , and this one is particularly good. Definetly best classic jrpg of the year so far.

Fun game, would get an 8 or 9. Unfortunately the horrid controls and bugs ruin the experience.

One of the most noxious pay to win games out there. The gameplay itself isn't that bad. Unfortunately, the very slow rate at which you gain free chest, combined with the rarity of epic cards and the fact that the matchin system dosen't care how much stronger your opponent is provides people who purchase cards with an overwhelming advantage. Not everyone will mind, but those who do should stay well clear of this game.

Might & Magic: Heroes VII7
Oct 4, 2015
Not a bad game in itself. The scenario is good, and the gameplay is decent, though not the best of the series. The default speed setting is ridiculously slow (what were they thinking?) but can be set higher in the options. Sadly HOMM VII was released way too early. The lack of polish is obvious, and the game is riddled with bugs. Whoever decided this game was anywhere near ready for release has no business being in the video game industry. This will do tremendous harm to the franchise.

World of Warcraft: Warlords of Draenor4

New wow light, now 50% less fun! Lets start with the positive, the pexing phase is one of the best so far. There is no denying that the iron horde and ogres are fun. However the class balance is worse then ever. I started playing one month after release and by looking at the disparities between classes this feels like alpha. And worse of all, their "simplification" of wow results in alot less fun in terms of gameplay. What could have been one of the best expansions so far with a bit more work and without their simplification crap turns out to definitely be the worse.

Sid Meier's Civilization: Beyond Earth6
Nov 1, 2014
Definitely not one of the better installment of the series. The user interface is lacking. The soundtrack mediocre. But most of all, the game is a bit simplistic. The strategic choices you make have significantly less impact then in the previous civ games. Managing the military units in particular has become almost boring. You can safely skip this title to save some money. If you want to discover the Civilisation series, go for Civ 5.

The Legend of Heroes: Trails in the Sky10

If you like JRPG's, you will not want to miss this title. The graphics on this game are a little dated, since the original game was release a while ago. The grid based combat and the arts and equipment systems are simple, but enjoyable. What truly makes this game a little gem are the storyline and the characters. The storyline is both entertaining and humorous. It is also very detailed, even the side quests are incorporated in the story. The characters are fun and endearing. This game is worlds away from games like Final Fantasy XIII which combine awesome graphics with cheesy and shallow characters and a soporific story. Here is to hoping we see more games like this in the future.

WARNING The game is currently broken due to loot issues. Nothing has been done to fix the issue in several months. If you spend any gems on this game, be prepared to feel sorry about it when you hit a brick wall around th9 -10 and realise this. Clicking on the "next" button for twenty minutes to find a base worth raiding is just so much fun.

DG2: Defense Grid 26
Oct 7, 2014
Decent tower defense game, but dont expect anything near as good as DG1. The level design in DG 1 was clever and challenging. The decisions you made had a huge impact on the outcome. DG2 seems pretty bland in comparison. The level designs dont leave much room for choice or error and the path to take is often obvious. The choice of towers and whether to upgrade them or not also dont matter as much.

Hearthstone: Heroes of Warcraft1
Mar 18, 2014
Hearthstone is a game that you can either love or hate. Here are a few things you should know to help you make up your mind: 1. Its a "pay to win" game, you must be prepared to either dish out around 80 bucks to build decent decks or spend several months playing at a serious disadvantage while building them. 2. There are some balance issues. Some classes just aren't viable in high ranked play. If you dont mind switching to whatever class works you will be fine. If you like sticking with your favorite class, you might have a problem. 3. Hearthstone favors "aggro" / "rush" decks, meaning if favors decks with low cost cards resulting in relatively short matches.
