#Arco is the best animated film of the year and the best film of the year PERIOD. A charming, down to earth story about two kids (Arco and Iris) brought together when the former travels back in time from the year 2932 to the year 2075 by accident to a world on the brink of collapse til their friendship and mission to get Arco home, with the help of Iris’s robot guardian Mickey and her baby brother Pete, brings out the ounce of hope to their world before it falls, thru the symbolism of rainbows and the power of love and **** hand-drawn animated masterpiece worth seeing in theaters and the film that I think should win Best Animated Feature at the Oscars in March, not the film that’s name rhymes with “Play Bop, See It Brothers.” And yes, I got confirmation, from the film’s director Ugh Bienvenu, that NEON is gonna give it a wide release as soon as it’s wrapped it’s limited release, which will start on the day of my 29th birthday, November 14th. And I hope its wide release is bigger than what #Anora had and that we’ll get to see #Arco in Dolby Cinema. Final score for this movie: a full-on 10/10 or 5 out of 5 stars for this fully 2D-hand-drawn animated masterpiece.️️️️️

Aw yeah! #Zootopia2 is actually better than the first. No, seriously, I mean it, especially when seeing how well-made and well-told it is even going into the film’s final act, without giving anything away. The stakes are higher, the relationship between Judy and Nick gets challenged to new heights, the world of Zootopia is bigger with a crazier mind-blowing reveal that makes us look at the first film through a whole new lens. And the new characters that steal the show end up being Ke Huy Quan’s Gary De’Snake (the heart of the film, IMHO), Patrick Warburton’s Mayor Winddancer, and Andy Samberg, without saying too much about him. Also, the political elements and social commentary is thankfully still apart of the movie and its world like the first. And you’ll wanna stay thru the end credits if you’re a Disney fan. Oh, and look out for two hilarious yet clever callbacks to 2 classic movies from the 80’s and 90’s that hopefully won’t go over your head Well done, to the cast and crew of this movie and the team at Walt Disney Animation Studios. I look forward to many big things in your future, especially with your next original film out next Thanksgiving in #Hexed (). You’re gettin’ your groove back. This is a 100%, genuine, absolutely no cap, 10 out of 10, 5 out of 5-star movie. ️️️️️ I recommend this big time and I urge you to see it ASAP before you get spoiled.

My spoiler-free review for #OneOfThemDays:Thanks to Keke Palmer and SZA’s chemistry plus twists and turns that leave you laughing but also wondering if they can succeed in the end, this original comedy is a blast that is what theaters should be doing more of and a movie more folks should see more of.10/10

My hopefully spoiler-free review of Marvel Studios’ #DeadpoolAndWolverine:A Top 5 MCU film that excels in balls, action, big surprises, meta humor-filled subtle commentary (even about the Disney/Fox merger), a story of finding purpose and friendship (a theme both Wade Wilson and Logan learn), and themes of fighting for those you love and care about.Ryan Reynolds, Hugh Jackman, and Shawn Levy have crafted an R-rated Marvel Studios banger that is unafraid to take Disney in a new direction (while poking fun of them at the same time), not just for the MCU but for them too, even if it is a one-off standalone film that may have seeds subtly planted for the future of the MCU, even if this film ain’t afraid to speak commentary on the MCU having mostly misses & not enough post-Endgame hits in the MCU’s Multiverse Saga.Emma Corrin and Matthew McFayden are well-casted as Casandra Nova and Mr. Paradox of the Time Variance Authority, whom you can tell that the actors had fun playing **** legacy characters who show up are used w/ a purpose and not just for fan service. And they make sure that what came before in Logan isn’t undone when bringing back Hugh Jackman as Wolverine, even if they decide to continue one aspect of that story, while also making sure the Fox Universe of Marvel gets both their respect & love letter. And the needle drops of music in this movie are awesome, especially a big song in the opening of the movie that made me know I would be in for an R-rated blast when I saw it play out in **** in all, a hopeful sign for that MCU is back on track, and you can tell with how good the CGI & VFX look in the film (shoutout to the VFX crew on this film in IATSE, whom I should congratulate on gettin’ a fair deal), even if the color grading in The Void could look better, even if it looks, IMO, slightly better in the film than in the two trailers. Worth seeing in IMAX 3D and most likely every other format too, including Dolby Cinema, ScreenX, RealD 3D, and 4DX as well. Go check it out.5/5 stars. ️️️️️P.S. Stay during the end credits to see a special montage and a hilarious end credits scene.
