Great start to a series, however limited by the tech of its time. The rpg elements of combat are very inticing as you can branch off or stick to one style if you want to. The cast could be stronger but your companions that do standout, do so in a big way. The story and world building is maybe the best I've seen for a video game. However the presentation and gameplay severely hold this back from being a great game.

Easily the best game in the series, just missing the scope of Origins. Great gameplay, characters, and story, its just a shame BioWare was forced to work with so little. However the fact they could still make an enjoyable game with tons of replayability speaks to how great the studio is.

Best gameplay in the series so far. Classic weapon triangle is back and with the engage system, combat is innovative but balanced enough to where you aren't OP. Could use better writing for the story, but characters and battles are plenty enough to keep you engaged. Fire emblem might finally be returned to form.
