Its a great game. They keep adding characters, maps, modes etc. But! They need to listen to their community more. There are alot of issues, like big unnecessary nerfs and server issues and so much more. If you try ranked matches multiple times with those server issues you WILL get Banned for atleast 1 to 8 seasons or more. One thing that's also annoying is that they sometimes forget some of their characters exist, which means they are most likely not getting any skins.

Such a good game. Even playing on the highest difficulty, is so much fun. I like the help system and how you can't be reliable on that and use it as a safety net. The final Boss has an amazing design and was really unexpected and fun. The cutscenes we're amazing too thanks to the new hardware.
