This game has actually surprised me. i downloaded it because it was free and didn't expect it would last long on my system. After the first game i wasn't really sold. it looked nice and the controls were fine but the game seemed very basic. Luckily for me (and the game) i had nothing better to do, so had another go. The second run i started figuring things out and making some good decisions. i beat the AI with so much ease that i was actually pretty pumped to have a quick bash against a real player. So, my 3rd game was online. i expected to walk over my opponent, be happy with my achievement and delete the game to make space on my system..... That however didn't happen. nor has it yet. i got so trampled that i immediately went for my 4th game out of rage... 5th and 6th game, same thing, however on my 6th game i mainly just watched what my opponent was up to. it was then that i realized that the game was by no means a simple one like i thought. I had my priorities completely wrong, i suddenly had so many strategies going round my head i actually started to really enjoy myself. your charters move slow and the game seems slow but in your head its another story, its the fast snappy well thought out decisions that keep a fine balance until you find that perfect time to strike. Needless to say, i haven't deleted the game. My main recommendation is to give the game a chance, you may be surprised like me. I'm looking forward to the future of the game, mainly hoping for new characters soon.

i am loosing hope with the vita recently as its been out in the UK now for just over a year and nothing has really blown my mind like i wanted it too. however. atelier totori plus is the closest one to blowing my mind to date. its graphics are stunning, attention to detail are fantastic and UI and character design are beautiful. this is however a jrpg that only jrpg fans are going to like... im afraid for all you vita owners out there still waiting for that vita experience you were promised that dont get along with staff wielding girls and collecting herbs should stay well away from this. which is a shame because it is by far the best made vita game out there yet, with glorious HD graphics that genuinly (for once) look HD... what more can i say other than if you like your rpg's don't even waste time moaning about the high cost... its worth every penny. (by the way this is on the PSN store now... you may not know because no one told ANYONE!!)

I haven't been addicted to a game like this since i was in school. i feel like an excited kid again. its FANTASTIC. one WARNING, the graphics are terrible. get over that trivial fact however and this is the best darn game i have played in a LONG time. there is no online play as such but that doesn't matter because i think that what they have done with the network features on this game are too GENIUS!. I could put it into words but wouldn't do it justice, i think its just best that every one buy this game and find out for them selfs. CAPCOM I SALUTE YOU.

I bought this out of desperation as there is such a lack of games out for the vita at the moment. i thought it was going to be just an excuse to get an FPS on the vita meaning the game would have nothing really going for it. i got it any way despite this as i just wanted a time waster for lunch breaks. however i couldn't have been more wrong. this game is fantastic, multi player works and works well, i can even score hits with a sniper and have never experienced lag. and the campaign is also a very this generation FPS. love this game... i probably love it more than most because of how low my expectations were for it in the first place but this is still worth every penny. MORE LIKE THIS FOR THE VITA PLEASE!

its got guns!! you can shoot people in FPS mode its gotta be awesome...right? ....wrong, nice looking game, if cod rocks your world then you will like this game because you go around and shoot people for no real reason. you have a bunch of different mission types, like a speed one where you have to go in and shoot every one, a hostage one where... you go in and shoot every one... there's a stealth one, where.... you go in and shoot every one. there's a feature where you get a daily mission uploaded too where you have to go in and shoot every one.... there is a bunch of different characters "classes" too... they all have guns and play pretty much the same. don't get me wrong i have no issue with repetitive games ... **** has good content then repeat away... this however is a tad on the boring side and my main annoyance is that mindless gun fans are giving it high scores which it really doesn't deserve because you go around with a gun and shoot people. fun for 10 mins at a time 2 a week maybe, ply it any longer than that and if you have a bigger brain capacity than a mouse than you will make yourself sick of it and exchange it. there is one good thing this game is used for with me and that's showing off the vita to my friends because credit where credit is due it looks awesome... soon as they have had their 5 min preview of it though and their gone it goes back on the shelf.

Best current game on the vita, ignore the critics. if you like any of the categories, stealth/ninja/swordplay/tactics you will like this game. it does what it sets out to do VERY very well. i was dubious at first as nothing seemed right with the game to be honest, which is never a good start however for reasons I can only assume are due to the hidden quality's of game play i kept coming back to it... and continue to do so. if you can get past the dodgy sounds, textures and movement the game has so much more to offer than any other games ive played on the vita. missions are actually pretty diverse unlike unit 13's missions. essentially your doing the same things but what game doesn't do that? missions vary from assassinations, reckon, assault, guard, kidnaps, stealth, burglary plus more and they all play well. the game system of accepting missions, making choices, levelling up your character and alchemy is also very nice. this is one of the few games on the vita thus far i am actually interested in and i bought it on a total whim.... best decision in a long time, if graphics don't mean EVERYTHING to you (not saying that's a bad thing) then check this game out!! (other games i have are uncharted, reality fighters, rayman, unit 13, dynasty wariors wipeout and motorstorm rc.... surprisingly shinobido is my favorite although i can understand why a lot of people don't give it 10 mins)

This game is better than fury, HD and pure without a shadow of a doubt. there aren't as many teams as i would have liked but everything else exceeds my expectations far too much for me to care, plus we never know what DLC is planned, i for one cant wait to find out though. the best thing about the game is how detailed and more engaging the tracks are. i LOVE how there are standard road sections and even puddles on the tracks, it really sets the scene of the beginning years of wipe out and makes the races so much more interesting. worst part... the game crashes a lot, there will be a fix for this though im sure but the game thankfully is good enough to ignore a few crashes here and there. enjoy.

AWESOME game. most fun I've had split screen for a long LONG time. sure it has its bad bits but you actually get quite a lot of bang for your buck if you look at the package as a whole. A nice load of diversity as well, with the pirates and the on rails, off rails and sniper game where you have to shoot escaping prisoners (which is the best bit) i LOVE it and of course the move is perfect. it has terrible voice acting but no time crisis game would be complete without that so 9/10.

this game is awesome. iv played many ftp games and none are as charming as this. people who moan about games being greedy for charging players really need to think about what their saying.. THEY are the greedy ones... want want want no give. so i put £1.50 into this game and had 30 hours enjoyment... good value for money if you ask me... ok so in the long run this could be a pretty expensive game BUT if i play it and get my moneys worth I'm not going to complain.. id rather spend £100 on this and get many many hours of gameplay, than £40 on a game like Duke Nukem Forever (great game dont get me wrong) that iv completed in 10 hours. granted ill end up doing both but im just putting the value into comparison here. the reason i didn't give it a 10 though is because the daily allowance for the greedy little freebie hunters ;P (which the game needs) is FAR faaar too low.. it needs to be double what it is AT LEAST. but either way i dont mind.. for the days i dont want to pay it acts as a nice block for the addiction kick, in other words i wont waste a whole day playing it (that's just me though). the game aside from money is SOLID, beautiful visuals, lovely SFX and awesome character design. the HUD is very nice too. gameplay is a simple hack n' slash (you can make it as complex as you want by trying not to loose any HP orrrrr just sit back, relax and let your team mates do all the work, i do both depending on my mood) with lovely level design. i honestly look forward to the future of this game, i hear pvp rumours. lets just hope they add a little more game time for the greedy folk as the game NEEDS their numbers, it will stop them giving mixed reviews any way. such a simple masterpiece... good job three rings, hats off to you but pleas bow down before the greedy ones because i want this game to succeed.

For the RPG fan. This game really makes you love all the characters, not in an over the top way like FFXIII either. graphics may be bad but if you want a good engaging RPG then this is definitely it. i bought this the same time i got darksiders (also a brilliant game) i played darksiders for an hour then turned on Nier. as soon as i saw the graphics in nier i wont lie i was eager to get back to darksiders.... however in actual fact darksiders stayed in its box for another month+. Nier has that "thing" that makes you go back for more, it has a brilliant story and cast and ending D is one of the best endings i have EVER seen in a game. if you doubt me that this is such a brilliant game just look at the user score, there the people who played it and got turned into fans. i bet the critics giving it a bad score diddnt even play it because the graphics diddnt look like it was COD.

I really enjoyed it... isn't that what its all about (probably not these days). there is plenty to enjoy, like the small and simple distractions that break up the game nicely and prevent it from being just another mindless shooter. yeah ok the graphics **** big **** TIME (hence the 9) but just as i enjoyed things like portal, crysis 2 and COD... i enjoyed this too. I look forward to the sequel.... To all the haters (not the ones who gave it a fair shot and honestly don't like it) "if i wanted to listen to an **** hole, i would have farted" (duke quote haha)

PSM3 Magazine UK obviously never found the run button... wow, bet they played it loads... not..... this game is as fast as you make it, if your good then you can run around lots... its a very hard game but not in a bad way, the upgrade system keeps you coming back for more punishment but its still enjoyable. the style and graphics are my favourite part about the game.

Its not over rated at all... this game deserves all its good reviews from the critics for one simple reason. online mode is PERFECT... i have bad internet and often get lag in fighters when i take them online.. but not with this, i get no lag whatsoever, and not only that but the score boards are VERY good... you can find the people with good win/loss ratios with the characters you use and download their last played game so you can study how they win. the characters are all pretty well balanced... the menu screen barely fits on the screen because of all the content... ill be honest first impressions were very average. but the more i play this the more i love it. i have 10X more fun on this than street fighter simply because i can play people online with no interruption (quick to find games too) it may not look the best but it definitely WORKS the best.

10!.... na, no no no... this game needs a score board that goes higher. Every second of the main game i loved. so much detail its untrue, feeling and emotions from the characters are believable which just drags you in. the trophies/achievements are a good challenge with nothing stupid. and EVEN the multilayer is fantastic fun. i completed this game in 2 sittings (no game has held my attention like it) yet still i go back for more... the re-playability is fantastic. hard core mode TRULY is hard core... iv never been so tense whilst playing a game. PLUS i got the on rails extraction game FREE!! along with all its separate trophies. this is one disc that will probably stay in my Ps3 longer than MW2 ever did .... i HOPE they bring more maps and crazy costumes to the multi-player... i dont care if they cost.. gimmi gimmi gimmi. ps bring on DS3!! ... actually i can wait for that a bit longer... its all about DS2 for now.
