Mario Golf9

Learn to play golf in this game. This game provides a more affordable way than traditional golf for the masses to enjoy the sport. Every component of the game isn’t covered, but enough to get the gist.

The game play is legendary. The storyline is strange; the game board situation is… odd. The volume of fighters is awesome. Too bad they took Charizard by himself away, through the three in one pokemon trainer character is nice. This one is hard to top for them.

Pokemon Scarlet9

Very strong. Not graphically terrible for a Pokémon game, but I see it’s been heavily attacked online for that. The breeding and trade situation have worsened, but the DLC access to numerous Pokémon helps to ease the pain. It’s finally easier to get shiny Pokémon, though still terribly rare. The explore the world elements are wonderful and this certainly helped with sales.

My favorite on the switch. Don’t miss it! It appears graphically better than its predecessor Scarlett and the gameplay is solid. The trade and daycare situation is also better; it’s a shame that the trade and breeding situation became worse. Trading with anyone in the world is preferred without some silly little access code; people need to fill their Pokédexes… it’d be nice to do it without having to use Pokémon home…

Yu-Gi-Oh! Legacy of the Duelist: Link Evolution9

EXCELLENT replay value. Replay of levels WILL be required for you (speaking to players). The collection of cards is absolutely wonderful. The tutorial sections are excellent, however, some opponents are d*** near impossible. Once you beat an opponent, their decks change which further enhances replay. Players explore ALL seasons of the show with access to all cards; this is the comprehensive experience to go for. Many gaming elements are extremely difficult to pull off and certain cards are required at points to beat opponents.

Mario & Luigi: Brothership8

Frustrating at numerous points. Certain bosses towards the end, an optional one and one that they force prior to continuing after the second bowser fight, seem needlessly difficult for what’s designed as an everybody game. What a waste of time. Having beat many games over the years, this was yet another let down with such a difficult point after tens of hours of gameplay. It seems like a punishment rather than fun in any way. It really destroys the experience for a lifelong Nintendo player. What a let down.

Donkey Kong Country Returns HD7

The game is engaging, but struggles with providing adequate instructions to the player. I found myself as an intelligent adult wondering how to defeat bosses. This game provides far less instruction that other games and the player just has to figure out what to do before running out of lives. The storyline is also limited and the gameplay doesn’t seem to have changed much since the WiiU version. if you played that version, don’t get this one; it’s the same game. This seems lazy by Nintendo again; barely any changes. This is a rerelease without a price reduction. That being said, the game is still pretty fun and there are a considerable volume of levels included in the game. Fun, but frustrating is what a Donkey Kong game usually delivers.
