This is a short game which whilst midly enjoyable is definitely showing it’s age. When you compare it to modern turn-based RPG classics like Octopath Traveller 2 and Dragon Quest XI then it doesn’t compare and shows just how much the genre has moved forward as I can’t fathom why anyone would prefer to play Mario RPG over a decent modern RPG like the two I just mentioned. Avoid, in this case don’t believe the Mario hype

I sunk a lot of hours in to this & loved it. I even shelled out for the Underworld DLC which was a waste of money.

The main game is excellent however this DLC is a rip-off in comparison. I was very disappointed.

Dreadful performance, it's so bad. If you want a Pokemon game on the Switch stick with Legends: Arceus.

Amazing that this awesome game can be played on the Switch. I had a couple of crashes in my playthrough which marred an otherwise sublime experience.
