Danuzaurus

This is complicated. The game itself is charming, characters have good lines and the game mechanics are reminding of games like Mario Odyssey. There was such a big potential, seriously. Why such bad rating then? -The different worlds were just too long and tedious. More and smaller/shorter worlds would have been so much better. Especially the last world just didn't end and lost the charm of the first and (first part of the) second world. - Very very buggy. The first few hours work like a charm, but then you can see how everything falls apart. Constant framerate drops included. Sometimes not playable. - Story is interesting, but ends up to be too predictable and streamlined. The ending was particularly weird and very... rushed. If that is the right word to use... - Would have loved to get more options to use in-game money -- the options are very scarce. There is also no actual reason for having hearts (except for the endgame part) - Badges are mostly too irrelevant - more collectibles; I see almost no reason to revisit old worlds even though they are charming enough that I want to return but find myself not knowing what for. Overall disappointing because especially the first few hours really made me wanna love this game so much. It ended up being only a drag trying to reach the end which then wasn't even satisfying. But I cannot wait for a potential second game. I am sure it will be much better!
