Many reviews already said much... My rating is low because I really liked the idea, the setting... and also the style of the graphics, why not... Sadly, the game is still buggy, way too difficult to play or to "understand" in some circumstances. But, most serious of all, the developer still haven't resolved many bugs, this is the main problem. I wish I could play this game again, but now are months that I wait for patches... and little comes... A really wasted chance, in my opinion.

Wow, first review... :) Well, as you can see looking at my profile, I've played a good numbers of indie games recently... This is... pretty a strange game: good idea, fair game (for a indie)... but it's so short! Two rooms, 10 characters, few objects... and surely they don't work on the graphic... 6 for it is way too much, it worth 1-2 at most! Pity, because, as I said, the game has good premises. I sadly give a 4, because I really disagree with the price, and the game itself is a 6-7, not more.

A miracle of game... Not a puzzle game, or a pure adventure one... simply the best game of 2013, impeccable and fascinating story, innovative puzzles, moral choices (and the way is only one...)! Skyrim is a great game, this is simply part of gaming history...

Whoa... this is real garbage... Let us be clear: - it have no bugs - it have a pretty decent graphic - it have some interesting event... ... and... - it have too few events! Where are the other events? - we are in 2012/2013! Why create a "smash-button" game? Also, why creating the official game of an Olympic Game like this!? - pc controls are simply awful! - it cost almost 20 euro/dollars upon its release!!! Crap... no other words...

Seems quite strange to me to be the first to review this game... Oh, well, let's start :) I bought "Infected: The Twin Vaccine Collector's Edition" from Steam for about 8 (at discount price). It's a pretty good adventure/point-and-click game: - setting and characters are "borrowed" from real photos, then recreated in 2/3D (there is also a nice "extra" video, created by the developers, that show how they done most of the work). If I have to give an example of the final result, I think is somewhere between a Quantic Dream game (in small, of course) and a classic adventure. - the story is nicely developed. Don't expect something too brilliant, but yes, I say pretty enjoyable. - the game seems free to bugs and errors. I played it on a pretty damn machine and on Windows 7, I haven't any problems. - the atmosphere is gloomy and dark, but do not lead, ever, in an excessive level of violence. It is not a game I reccomend for children, though. - it's a really "special" and singular game. I liked it, also for the courage shown by the developers in making a game of this type. - puzzles and enigmas are simple, but, for the most, clever and pleasing. The problems? I don't really know well the story about the distribution of this game, but there are some clear problems. - the game is short! I wouldn't say that is too short, because is enjoyable, as I already said, and I don't feel to be "cheated", but the main story (there is also bonus chapter) lasts from 2 to 4 hours of game... It's not much, but I think that the (very small) size of the developer and the difficulties in developing such a particular product have left any other choice. - the price is pretty high for a game of this length, but I see this as a"price" to pay to play a different product, in better, from the average of this kind. I prefer to spend more for a game like this, than the same price for an absolutely trivial one (and there are many...). Closing, for me this is a clear 8, I recommend to try it... and also support an interesting team of developers.

Almost a classic... almost, because he lacks VERY little to be it... However, highly recommended graphic adventure: the choice of the setting, with a series of "neurotic" robots, one more "cute" than the other, makes it almost irresistible. Again, warmly recommended...

In simple words: not perfect, but still (and we are in 2013...) the best hockey manager game on the market... I'm still playing it... and there is a very active community (Blue Line, for example) that provide updates to rosters and other useful things.

Honestly, I do not think this a bad game. I bought it when it was still in Beta, and it was already pretty fun. At the end, I think the main problem is the price... for 8-10 this is a good game, not for 20. Moreover, I'm not very sure that the "humorous" formula pays in the long run... I think that a "serious" game would had more market.

The score is particularly low because I bought it through pre-sale and this game is THE reason why I do not buy anything before release... What to say? A great concept, transformed into a bland execution, overall trite, with a dull plot and with the game mechanics outdated and not very intriguing. A failure... sorry to say that Kalypso usually gives to client a 50-50 chances: very good or very bad. Tropico is good? This is bad. As was some others titles from their library... The funny thing is that their games usually seems ALL interesting, before release, and then some get out bugged, half-finished or executed in an almost amateurish way... This is that last case.

Half of the reviews on this page are fake rubbish... I'm surprised as any spammer can register, give a vote (usually 0 or 10) and leave undisturbed, his vote untouchable... Ok, check out my account as well, at least this review was written by a "serious" person (I hope) :) The game: - dripping with promises, intriguing, tempting... - and so poorly executed in some CRUCIAL mechanisms, that one wonders if the developers have ever actually played a management simulation game! I focus on the main point that make me literally "scream": manage the speed of the game... Also setting MAX speed, the game is soooooo slow that take ages only to finish a stupid working week... Oh, ok, I can change it through the settings, right? You mean these incredible and stupid list of about THREE hundred voices? Ok, can I just set time to be more... "fast"? No problem, but, if you want to change also "how" the world go fast meanwhile, you have to change these other settings... and this other... and find an improbable balance (yeah, I know it's difficult to understand, but this is HOW it actually works the game!). And so it's practically impossible to change game speed... because, also if you manage to find an "ideal" setting, the game is NOT BEING BUILD to change ANY of these settings and make it work, so you'll find innumerable errors, that make this game look as a business simulation game like a Barbie(TM) game would look like! And why the city are so small and grow so slowly? Why my commuters return at home (from work) at 11 of evening? Why some bugs don't let me set a normal ferry service? It's a game that brings many "why"... But the first, surely is: WHY I have spent 30 euros (game expansion), many restart, and 60 hours of my precious time to play on it, waiting and hoping for the next patch?

Much has been said about this game, so I will make it brief... This is not a bad game... and it's very cheap (you can get it for 2-3 max). And there is nothing else to say: you pay for some hours (5-10... I don't think more) of honest entertainment, not more. I prefer a "simple"game sold for his real value, than a casual game that cost 8 and last for 30 minutes... So, a 7, for the good value for money.

With the passing of time, you realize what are the real gems among the video games of the past, and take advantage of the new versions (renovated) and the bargain prices to get these again... And so... what better than play again the masterpiece of Benoît Sokal? One of the most inspired games of all time: dreamy, melancholy and funny at the same time! And I look forward to Syberia 3...

Ok, let's get to the point... Look at my account and see that I gave 0 to another game of this developer, so this is a TRUE review from someone that have already written some of these. Sorry for this, but I think this site is infested with fake reviews... Then, about the game... I haven't find any bugs of sort about the game: it haven't the best graphics, but it's also a sim/management game, so it doesn't bother me much, and the soundtrack is a bit strange, but still interesting. I understand if someone have problem with bugs, but... some reported bugs are (at least, for the last Steam edition) are simply non-existing! For the rest, it's a simulation deeper than it might appear at first glance. You don't drive machines here, you develop a real business plan, with a consistent number of options and possibility. I't not also a simple game, and this if, for me, a good point. I'm playing it for several hours. Normally, I will give this game a 7, but the fact that it is the only (true) simulation of this kind on the market, allow it to get a point... so 8.

This is a very strange game: - the care related to the creation of credible scenarios of war, armies and combat mechanics, is incredible (never seen anything like it) - and... the game itself fail to use "all" of that In fact, in my opinion the game itself is quite too difficult to understand, at the start, and also after ten-fifteen hours of play, it never becomes very enjoyable. So, this game is pretty funny, well built, but unable to exploit its undoubted potential.

Much has already been said, I add my vote and some of my own considerations: - the game is ok, nothing to say about it, but it seems not polished enough to grab your attention for more than... two, three hours... - the graphics, "minimal", seems too simplified for a PC game - some event, but not much variation, at the end So, this can bring us to a 7, or a 8, if you like the style of game and have some fun. Frankly, despite the very low price (excellent, I would say), after only two hours of play I had enough: overall, the game seemed somewhat bland.

Dracula 3: The Path of the Dragon

User ScoreCorwin86

I immediately start by identifying the few points that do not allow this game to achieve excellence: a good, but not perfect, graphics, some enigma that seems illogical and overly complex, an overall development of the story that, sometimes, seems a little hasty... That said, "Dracula 3: The Path of the Dragon" is one of the best adventure/puzzle games of the past five or six years. Simply, the combination of plot, setting and characters is spectacular. The attention to detail is of first quality, the climax of well structured, the tension perfectly developed. A truly, enjoyable, horror/gothic adventure and some characters are to remember (except Dracula... that appear strangely out of context...). Personally, I find it really a great product, and, among other things, accessible, to date, at very low cost.

Read the impeccable review of matheus_hk, it's all in it... I bought this product on Gamestop (when it still was not called in that way and was able to compete with Steam) for, I think, about 20 I found myself with one of the worst products imaginable. A truly fraud video game in a few words, terrible, bugged and boring. And don't expect improvements or patch (ahahah) because this product exist from several years, and nothing have been done on it. Also, I really don't understand how can it pass through Steam Greenlight...

Although I can understand some criticism about this game (which certainly is not perfect, and it cannot be considered a classic) I do not understand some ratings... some very negative. I must say, despite the general graphics (not up-to-date, not for the 2008) and some enigmas (a bit 'too difficult sometimes), the interesting setting, the very complete and mature plot, the sense of growing tension, and some small "gems" that I do not reveal (spoiler), made me really appreciate this game. Overall, it is a perfect 7-rating-game, but considering the length and the care given to the plot, I will go for an 8.

Sadly, I can only join the detractors and critics of this game, and maybe also go further... I have rarely seen such a wasted opportunity, a great setting, many charming ideas, all finished in such disappointing performance, so poor and fragile. The game is flat, boring, loses in almost every point of view with the best of the actual adventure/stealth market. Playing it after finishing "Bioshock Infinite" is a sort of pain, and quite a shock... And this is not the worst part! I give 0, because in one of the first missions, a serious bug (found and reported by the community several months ago) has still not been resolved! I've lost 5 hours of play on it! I will try to get a refund, because have been years, since something of this has happen to me, and frankly I feel cheated. There are not other words...

Long Live The Queen

The given rating may seem overly punitive, but personally I still suspect that this product has been sold as something it is not. Sold as brand new and polished version of "Princess Maker 2" (only in the title and setting...), this game couldn't be so completely different, and the sad part is that also in is uniqueness, "Long Live the Queen" fails to impress, amaze, or just entertain for more than a couple of hours of play. In fact, only the relatively low price save it from a worst rating. What is really funny, and sad, is that every ingredient seems to blend and fit perfectly in the beginning... And then you discover that, in the end, it all comes down to a banal graphic adventure, banal as uninspired in every aspect of the plot, events, surprises and game modes. Let's just say, without incurring in annoying spoiler, that the game is just a straight, flat, and, foolishly, perilous road, where: - the story is always the same (the lesser relevance problem) - events unfold and flow in the same way and with the same timing - character growth system (so complete and intriguing at first sight) is just an excuse to extend the playing time, since there is only one way to complete the adventure and every creative variation made by the player will have the unique and only effect to kill character and reaching a premature the end of the game - the game itself make a pride on being completely without mercy towards the player And at the end, you will find yourself in starting the game again and again for 5, 10, 15, 30 times, and I'm not kidding, and eventually, you'll finish to save at EVERY single turn, only to try to survive and find a solution... that you'll not find! And, I ask: can this be considered funny, or at least, interesting?
