Beast of Reincarnation65
Aug 3, 2026
Beast of Reincarnation offers satisfying, methodical combat, but its repetitive exploration and performance issues hold it back. If the combat appeals to you, it's worth considering, though waiting for a few patches may be the better option.

Splatoon Raiders90
Jul 30, 2026
Splatoon Raiders transforms the franchise's formula into a PvE experience focused on combat, exploration, gear collection, and build crafting. With quick missions and a wide variety of weapons, gadgets, and customization options, the game offers a fun and addictive gameplay loop. Despite some repetitive objectives, it was a very pleasant surprise for me.

Final Fantasy X / X-2 HD Remaster90
Jul 23, 2026
Final Fantasy X/X-2 HD Remaster on Switch 2 is the definitive version of the game, combining the HD Remaster visuals from the PS4 and Xbox One releases with the PC version's quality-of-life features in one of the best entries in the franchise. It's a shame, however, that this release offers no upgrade path from the original Switch version, no Portuguese subtitles, and no new content. Still, if you've never played this classic or you're looking for a reason to revisit it, this is the best way to experience it.

Rhythm Heaven Groove90
Jul 13, 2026
Rhythm Heaven Groove quickly won me over. The beginning requires some time to adjust and grasp the rhythm of each challenge, but as the minigames progress, the sense of improvement is incredibly rewarding. With an excellent variety of challenges, music, and highly entertaining multiplayer, the game serves as a great entry point for new players.

Assassin's Creed Black Flag Resynced85
Jul 8, 2026
Assassin's Creed: Black Flag Resynced remains an excellent game, just like its predecessor was. Honestly, I can't say whether it's an unnecessary remake, because it definitely improves some aspects of the original, but makes others worse, such as the resource grind required to upgrade the Jackdaw. In the end, it's always great to replay a good game, especially in a newer and better-looking version, so yes, Assassin's Creed: Black Flag Resynced is worth it.

Star Fox75
Jun 24, 2026
Star Fox is a competent and beautiful remake of an absolute classic, with expanded dialogue and a cinematic presentation that impresses from start to finish. The problem is that its short runtime combined with a route system that forces you to restart from scratch every playthrough ends up making exploration more tedious than fun. It's a great pick for anyone who never played the original and wants to experience Fox McCloud's story, but those expecting something more substantial may come away feeling like it needed a little more.

Dark Scrolls80
Jun 22, 2026
Dark Scrolls is an indie 2D platformer featuring auto-scrolling, roguelite, and bullet hell mechanics. The levels are procedurally generated and reminiscent of *Super Ghouls’n Ghosts*, even though the game itself isn't particularly difficult. Despite offering creative and varied gameplay options, the stat system can be extremely overpowered, overshadowing many of the other available choices. The game is worth playing for roguelite fans and deserves the attention of anyone interested in it.

Arashi Gaiden70
Jun 22, 2026
Arashi Gaiden is a unique experience that blends tactical puzzles with ninja action, delivering clever challenges and a charming retro-style visual presentation. When it works, the game shines by rewarding strategic planning and precise execution, creating genuinely satisfying moments. However, technical issues, lack of polish, and clarity in certain mechanics prevent it from reaching its true potential.

EA Sports UFC 670
Jun 22, 2026
EA Sports UFC 6 doesn't reinvent the wheel, and makes some unnecessary changes by slowing down the fight at key moments and making ground fighting more complicated than it should be. Furthermore, the absence of legendary UFC fighters like Anderson Silva is noticeable. If your idea is to buy the game to play with current legends like Poatan, the game is certainly worthwhile, but there are some areas where the game falls short.

Devil May Cry 5: Devil Hunter Edition85
Jun 21, 2026
Devil May Cry 5 is one of the best games in the franchise, and the Switch 2 port is solid. There are a few stumbles in docked mode—with noticeable aliasing—but the game itself is fantastic and visually beautiful on the Switch 2.
