Massively inventive and spiked with perversely wicked humor.

Best of all, it proves that there are still directors cut from the John Waters mold who aren't content just to push the envelope -- they rip right through it.

Like "There's Something About Mary," Orgazmo has a very sweet love story at its core, although it's more consistently entertaining, blending some outrageous moments with a surprising degree of restraint.

There’s something entirely ridiculous about rating a movie like this NC-17: Why should sniggering, infantile, adolescent humor be denied its natural core audience of snigger-ing, infantile adolescents?

Dian Bachar, as Joe's pint-size sidekick, sounds the only note of sly wit; the unidentified stripper playing T-Rex delivers the only real shock value. The movie could have used a lot more of both.

Faced an insoluble problem: how do you make a boundary-shattering gross-out farce about the porn business that isn't itself pornographic? Having the actors wear silly costumes embellished with sex toys just won't do the trick.

The very soul of sophomorism. It is callow, gauche, obvious and awkward, and designed to appeal to those with similar qualities.

This movies premise is amazingly ridiculous, but unfortunately its only occassionly funny. 67/100

It's a funny movie alright, but that's not hard to believe when it was written and directed by Trey Parker, one of the creative minds behind South Park. So yeah you'll get your fair share of laughs but it's not hard to notice that, while the movie may have the energy of a South Park episode, it lacks the intelligence of one. It's crude, rude, and vulgar and is hilarious because of that. So if you like to laugh then you should watch this, but don't expect a "smart" movie.
