An unknown game. It was a lot of fun back in the days and a fun PC port for guitar hero.

This would be an absolutely lovely free alternative to Guitar Hero... if it wasn't for the onslaught of bugs.
The 'official' version is addled with lag. Frets On Fire X (a mod) fixes this, but the many (many, many) different versions of it can cause problems when you load a custom song made with an out-of-date fretting program. Some go completely out of sync; some just refuse to load entirely. However it's exactly what it says on the tin, and if you're willing to overlook the bugs it's not that bad a game.
