Been playing since Friday on early access. This game is incredible. Graphically, probably the best I have seen. Music wise, the game contains an eclectic mix of tracks from pop, rock, D&B and electronic artists as well as some cultural tracks for mission based set pieces. Gameplay wise it takes the formula from the previous title and turns it upto 11 with a larger map, more events and bigger and better horizon events. A must play for all Xbox gamers. Comes to gamepass 09-11-2021!!

Cris tales is a beautiful game with a timeless art style and a true love letter to those 16 big JRPGs from my childhood. A striking mix between final fantasy and chrono tigger, the game incorporates classic turn based combat with an interesting time travelling battle mechanic through the use of “time crystals” executed by the main character. The first two acts of the game run rather well, discovering beautiful new locations, story beats and new time powers. However, despite an interesting plot twist, the last act tends to let the game down somewhat with a disappointing, rushed ending. For JRPG fans this game is a must play, especially if you have a gamepass subscription or for a JRPG newbie, the difficulty works well with a lot of room for error. Last Stop is a fun, compact narrative adventure with a great voice cast, an immersive soundtrack, beautiful art work and a healthy dash of supernatural flair. Despite player choices not making any impact until the ending, the story is engaging enough to keep you playing through to the end credits.

Fantastic old school JRPG harkening back to the SNES era of Final Fantasy Games. 4 crystals and 4 heroes borrowing features from Final Fantasy 3 and 5 with the job change system. While grindy in parts, this is rewarded with amazing skills and cross-skills with other jobs. The game itself can be a challenge with certain bosses having a gimmick that needs to be worked out to finish the battle successfully. Scored an 8 as the story isn’t as strong as it could be and the main character is kind of flat

Amazing. Simply amazing. Previously only played a bit of MH: World and was dubious about this release but bucked abs preordered it. Put approx 10 hours in and while veterans I’m sure will relish in the new features, as a newcomer it is brilliantly accessible. A must play for switch owners.
