Did the critics get paid for writing the reviews or did the game developers just kidnap their whole family and hold a knife on their throats? Probably both.

Aside from pretty graphics and once original combat system, this game doesn't really have much to offer. The nonexistent storyline is shallow and boring.

They have greatly improved this game since the Animal Crossing Wild World, it's much more complete and fun. You have much more freedom. It's very fun I would recommend buying it. :)

The game itself isn't bad at all, it's actually very fun. However, the community that ruins it completely. Seriously. It makes the game unplayable!!!!

I don't get why users dislike this game since it's really fun and it's very innovative. It includes a lot of new content which might even be worth the money. Much better than some other expansion packs in my opinion.

Useless is the only word to describe it. This wouldn't be worth the price even if it was $5. It consists of mostly crappy cars and ugly dresses for young adult females. Don't buy.

The pet customisation is perfect, so much to choose from. They even added horses which are a lot of fun. It's really great, but for me the pets kind of "get in the way". They quickly become a burden for some reason. I do, however, recommend buying this.

Too little for too much money. Just some useless furniture and clothes that aren't appealing at all. In my opinion you can just download better stuff for free. I don't recommend this.

I'm not sure about this. It does give a lot of new content in the game, however it's really pricey so I'm not sure what to think about it. Also if your computer isn't the best, it's gonna slow it down real bad and it's gonna freeze every 30 seconds.

This is low even for EA games. It's a complete waste of money, don't buy it. It has horrible furniture/clothes which don't fit into the game's theme in any way, it's just EA's attempt to squeeze out money out of their costumers. 0/10.

A lot of people have been anticipating for this game for a long time and I think it could've been made better. The first time you enter the university it's a lot of fun, but the second time already gets boring and repetitive. There are many new clothing/hair options which are really good, and the social networking is fun although it gets a bit annoying when your sim won't leave the phone. Worth buying if you have a lot of money or really want your sims to attend university I guess.

The update came out not so long ago and I really like it so far. They've added prestige points so the Elyos/Asmo ratio would be more balanced since it made more people participate in sieges. The one thing I don't particularly like so much is that they removed a good 60% of the campaign quests out of the game so it's a bit harder to lvl than 4.0, but don't worry, it's not anywhere near the grindfest it used to be. The Aethertech class is a lot of fun, and it's not game-breaking (remember the gunners?). All in all, I do recommend trying this game if it's your style.

Aion has kind of improved. There's much less grinding, you can level your character from 1-65 in like a week. The community is still terrible and so is the NCsoft support. There are still ganks and PvP is unbalanced, but isn't that the case in almost every MMO? I think you should definitely try the game, though. The character customisation is great, the music and the landscape (especially the new places) are beautiful. It involves much more group questing than it used to and it's much easier to acquire good gear.
