Great movie. It holds so well year after year! The sequels were awful, but the first one meant a milestone.

I can not believe this high rating for this absolutely non-special film. I admit that the fact that I cannot bear Ethan Hawke influences this judgement a bit too.

I have just watched it and found ir simply amazing. Great movie, with three different parts, all of them completely brilliant, especially the beginning

Despite McDormand grear performance and Chloé's insight on elders life, there are some things I think I have somehow already seen before (not exactly the same, but at some extent) in films as The Straight Story or Into the Wild. That is the only reason I don't find the film deserves so many 10 out 10 socre across the globe.

Not bad, but definately overrated. Script and pace make you don't get into the film. Current metascore for this film seems way too high for me.
