I didn't know what to expect from this show. From a blank slate perspective, I was BLOWN AWAY! Extremely creative and visually interesting. 10 Minutes into it the hairs were standing up on the back of my neck. This show is FAR ahead of it's time. Sadly, that means the general public will probably hate it. It's really an art piece. We've all seen art films, but this is art TV. And it's grand. I hope it catches on.

A show about Dracula that really has nothing to do with Dracula. Hmmm. Producer "More red velvet! I want costumes, costumes, costumes. And can we get some more wrought iron candelabras." And I'm just thinking.... "This set would be great with all the lead characters played by drag queens. Once you've laughed at the sets and costumes, then you fall asleep. SOOOOO ****! I barely made it through the second episode and couldn't attempt a third. I give it 1 star for the hope of shirtless Jonathan Rhys Meyers. I can't imagine any reworking of this show that would make it watchable. After the quality of shows like Vampire Diaries, The Originals and True Blood... How DARE you call your show DRACULA and then **** this bad?

It is clear that many people do not get the campy nature of this show. What seems like jokes falling flat are tongue-in-cheek stabs at society today. People might want to note the smiles on the actors faces even as they deliver them. The show still has the charm that caught me in the first place. You just can't help but love these girls and want to root for them.

Still witty and interesting. The relationships between the characters still make you feel like a part of the family. I would like to see some new progress in some of the relationships. Maybe a new character is order to shake things up a bit. Another season without something to stress the relationships will start to make the series seem stagnant.
