Very good game, better than Phoenix Point. Phoenix Point has some cool additions for a tactical turn based combat game but seemed janky. This game is fluid and fun with great story and fair RNG.

Same as what everyone else is saying! 1 console 1 island, ridiculous. What a transparent attempt at Nintendo trying to **** people into buying more switch consoles. Probably because the switch lite bombed so badly they are trying to get people to buy them. It’s ridiculous that at least make each paid online service account make their own island. One per $300 dollar console is just unforgivable. Me and my 2 daughter want to make our own islands, but no that will cost us an additional $720 dollars is Nintendo out of their f’n minds? Whoever designed this game should be fired.

Shadowgate (2014)10

Not sure what the critics problems are with this game. What did they expect? It's a recreation of a 30 year old point and click adventure game and Zojoi did a great job! This is a game for people that like to be challenged and use their brains to solve puzzles. Why do remakes of old games have to be innovative? Should they have turned it into a hack and slash game? A first person adventure/action game ala skyrim? I don't understand people's thinking. If you don't know what Shadowgate is go back to your call of doody! This game is exactly what it is supposed to be if you liked or loved Shadowgate on the NES you will love this one.

First off I just want to say that this is my first review ever! Also gamers/people now a days feel too entitled about what should or shouldn't be in a video game. Most of these 1's and 0's should be ignored, the game is not that bad. I played about 4-5 hours and never got bored with it so far. Granted it's doesn't have as much content as The Sims 3 with all the expansions, but there is plenty to do. The "zones" bummed me out at first but the performance of the game is great, no choppiness or stuttering or long load times like in The Sims 3. Being able to multitask is the greatest improvement overall, it makes it feel like you have plenty of time in a day and you can get a lot of stuff done. It doesn't feel like you have to save time to make sure you get to work on time or do whatever like in the previous Sims games. The camera control and interface is a little awkward because im used to the previous Sims interfaces. I haven't tried "The Sims 3" style camera yet to see if that helps at all. It'll take some time to get used to where certain buttons are im not used to the Build/Buy button on the top yet. Overall it's fun, enjoyable and im having a blast so far. Create-A-Style that was missing didn't bother me much I didn't really use it and found it to be a pain sometimes. Although I don't really use pools and didn't like the toddler phase, I agree it should be a base game feature and hope EA does right by the customers and adds it as a free update in the future. This has to be the only time I honestly say go by the critic reviews not the user reviews, most of the user reviews are people flaming. This game is a solid 7
