As someone who absolutely loved the PS1 original back in the day and also enjoyed the PSP psuedo remake I have to say that this game is just one giant missed opportunity. The devs had an oppurtunity to beef up the gameplay and bring up to a more modern standard thereby appealing to a newer generation of gamers but instead all they did was remake the visuals. What was once a chatming and unique Tim Burtonesque 3d platformer in the late 90s is noe a clunky tedious mess that will only appeal to those who are nostalgic for the original. Its a shame that the devs didnt do more because this remake couldve reinvigorated the franchise.

This game is unplayable due to constant crashes when you reach the second world and the devs are taking too long to come out with a patch to fix this, do not buy this broken mess!!!

The low score isnt due to the gameplay but the really awful performance and the fact that the game crashes a lot, if this game were to be fully fixed it would somewhere between a 7 and 8. Be warned due not buy this game until its fully patched because at the start it was just framerate dips and graphical glitches that I could bare with but now that Im getting farther into the game it is constantly crashing.

Super Meat Boy Forever is a piece of **** and a disgrace to the legacy of the first game

Binding of Isaac peaked at Rebirth but its been downhill since the release of Afternirth and Repentance. This game has gotten morr and more aggravating and unfun and the new content has simply madr the game feel bloated while games like Dead Cells get better and better with each new content drop.

This game is hella boring. There is nothing in its gameplay or character or level design that truly stands out. Ender Lillies is not a bad game its just a very meh game that you will have to force yourself to complete.

Undermine is a solid roguelite that is let down by an rng system that tends to throw a **** of enemies and traps at you that will **** up your entire run. The game is also very grindy. Games like this expose how indie devs use roguelites to padd out short gameplay experiences. Look at Binding of isaac which has variations to the levels different possible bosses you can fight and powerups that can change your playstyle, this game lacks that variety and is best played in short burst due to its tendency of getting repetitive. Decent game if you can get it on sale.

This is another roguelite that masks its shallow content by having you constantly dying and repeating. If you have no life or prospect of losing your virginity then this is a game to waste all that free time you have. If you want to play a roguelite with varied gameplay then pick up Dead Cells, Hades , Binding of Isaac or Risk of Rain 1 and 2. Indie developers need to step up their game if they want to put oit another roguwlite aince the genre is becoming prettu crowded

Disregard all those tens you alot of gamers these days have lower standards and also are more forgiving towards games that remind them of much better titles. This is like if Zelda and Hollow Knight gave birth to a **** child. Boring combat ugly graphics, bad camera and buggy as hell. Ive had the game crash several times on me and experienced a wierd glitch where my feet got basically glued to the ground. This game needs some heavy duth patching and also an extreme makeover to justify all the good reviews ive seen for it. Save your money and wait for something better.

Do not buy this game. This game was taken off the eshop aftet its original release and was relisted two months later,they should of kept this garbage off the eshop. I was very curious about this game anfd searched for reviews or any info i could find but found nothing, i patiently waited for this to come back on the eshop and bought it the exact day it was relisted to my regret. I am still early the game but have issues with sluggish controls lack of direction and enemies that stunlock you to death buy at your own peril. I love supporting indie devs but seriously **** this game!

This is a poor mans Breath of the Wild. Everything good in this game is owed to Ubisoft aping Nintendos masterpiece. While fun there are some really **** vaults which are Immortals version of BotWs shrines. If you havent gotten BotW get that instead if you want an inferior version to tide you over till the sequel then this is a very serviceable game. For those reviewers giving this a ten then that means Zelda BotW is a twenty because that is the more polished game.

Do not buy until developers release a patch to improve gameplay. Do not be fooled by the games charming retro presentation this game is a **** of fustrating game design **** have a stamina bar that runs out too quick and drags out fights with even the most basic enemies, Then there is the fact that money is so hard to come by and you need a lot of it to progress , theres the lack of invincibility frames where you can find yourself being smacked around like a pinball between enemies. This is another retro styled game that doesnt undesrtand how videogames have evolved and become more accessible since the nintendo years we need to stop milking the past and stary looking forward.
