Enemies are always fought the same way: Dodge, hit enemy twice. Rins, repeat. it's genuinely bad. Level design is mostly corridors without verticality or interactivity. Shortcuts are nothing special, every game has those; Tomb Raider, Zelda, Metroid.

If it wasn't for the low difficulty, I'd call it the perfect video game. The pacing, the fluid transition from puzzling to platforming and exploring, the music, the world, the creative combat. It's incredible.

Just replayed it and already want to replay it again. It is the best game ever made and a miracle. The music (which is even a gameplay element), the lively world that was so ahead of its time, the dungeons, the villages, the quest design, the nice little story that's just perfect for a video game.

It just isn't fun. It's just another third-person shooter (which are a bit weird to me out of the gate without mouse controls). It adds nothing new to the table. Also for a game that has such a huge focus on story and cutscenes, the animations simply aren't good enough--they are rickety and unrealistic. I want to see what makes this game so great, but I just can't. It just has great-looking enivronments.

One of the best games ever made that's packed with (optional) content, fluent gameplay transitions from puzzle to platforming to just exploring every nook and cranny of an unprecedented world.
