It's soooo bad, in every potential aspect. I would watch season 2 only in hope they kill all the characters. Imagine walking in a mental ward and picking people "to save the world". None of them can be called mentally sane.

It's a pale imitation of what Star Trek used to be. There's no longer any sort of smart topic to think about. Everybody yell, everybody has emotional breakdown; it's no longer a team of professionals doing their duty onboard a starship. The only good moment in 3 seasons is when Pike and Number One shows up, and act like what Starfleet officers should be. Space Mary Sue can get lost in a black hole for all I care.
