I don't get it. Looking past its technical/historical significance, it falls flat for me. As a thriller, I found it nonsensical and hard to relate, therefor losing any kind of suspense that may have built. Definitely one of those classics that didn't age too well (and I do love plenty of old movies, mind you). Unless I completely misunderstood something here, I think it's very overrated and not a must-see at all.

Premise sounded interesting and (somewhat) unique. Unfortunately, it became very clear after a few minutes of watching, that the movie conveys everything it has to say - which is not much - in the most banal and rote ways possible. Awful direction, awful editing, non-existent writing. Music/sound was kinda cool sometimes and by far the best part. Overall a painful watch, though. Skip.

This film feels like it set out to be the best student film you've ever seen. Tiny in scope, precise in execution. It tells a very simple story as interestingly as possible, unfolding in an impactful way, without any excess fat. Great use of space, dynamic cinematography, OUTSTANDING sound design (wow!) and great performances create the type of exhilarating ride that will stick with you for a while. Loved it!
