Where Winds Meet7
Mar 17, 2026
Where Winds Meet makes a strong first impression with its beautiful wuxia world and immersive atmosphere. Exploration feels rewarding at first, and the setting really pulls you in.
However, the experience becomes mixed over time. Combat has variety but lacks impact, and the open world starts to feel repetitive after a few hours. The freedom in progression is a nice idea, but it doesn’t go deep enough to stand out, and performance still needs work.
Overall, it’s a game with solid ideas but uneven execution. If you expect something as polished and epic as a Souls-like game, lower your expectations—but it’s still worth trying for the setting alone.

Arknights: Endfield4
Feb 6, 2026
Arknights Endfield, in its current state, feels like a disappointing experience despite its impressive visual presentation. The core gameplay loop is overly simple, centered on repeatedly using basic attacks, skills, and ultimates, with very limited tactical depth or sense of long-term evolution. The progression system lacks satisfaction: character stats appear high on paper, but their real impact in combat feels disproportionate, and resource farming is repetitive and lacks meaningful engagement. The story leaves little impression, with lengthy quests and limited narrative depth, while endgame content and varied activities to retain players are largely absent.
Visually, the game represents a clear step forward from its predecessor, featuring smooth animations and solid performance optimization. However, the cluttered UI/UX makes navigation and interaction feel unnecessarily cumbersome. The gacha design also feels restrictive and does not fully respect the player’s time investment. Although the game demonstrates technical potential and a strong artistic direction, the overall experience falls short of expectations compared to leading titles in the genre and would require significant improvements in gameplay depth, content variety, and system design, at least in its current version.
In addition, the game focuses heavily on a niche gameplay style similar to factory-building titles like Satisfactory, which naturally appeals to a limited audience. Not every player will enjoy this direction. When that element is set aside, what remains is a gacha game that feels below the genre’s general standard, paired with a story that feels shallow and unengaging.
