Daymare: 19984
Jun 18, 2021
Daymare 1998 is one of those games that once you finish it, you think to yourself, what the hell were they thinking? Daymare 1998 is a game originally started as a fan made Resident Evil 2 remake, which eventually sorted turned into its own game after capcom decided to do a remake of Resident evil 2. As for Daymare 1998, the game is bad, the game has poor story telling and development, its one of the worse story telling and development i have seen in a video game. The three characters you play as are unlikeable and their facial models are pretty bad. The gameplay has some deal of competence, however due to bad performance optimization, the game suffers from serious frame drops and even input controller laggg, which simply is unacceptable. The environmental models and textures are well done, so the developers do deserve some props for that. Sound is fairly good too, though the mp5 sounds horrible when fired. Voice acting was atrocious, im not even going to get into awful dialogue. The final chapter of game really some's up how bad this game is, you face off with the final boss multiple times. The final boss AI is completely braindead and can even break entirely, causing the creature to grind to a complete halt. Glitches and clippings through doors and walls plague this game and sometimes there's weird physics, where the neck of a zombie can grow and begin to wobble in strange manner, never seen anything like this before. And the Puzzles, in particular the very first one is horrible and frustrating. Everything besides environmental design and sound is truly horrible. I don't understand why so many gamers are giving this game a pass, it was made by an Indy team of 10 people, that's more than allot of other Indi titles. Highly not recommended, 4/10.

Virginia1

Lets get to point, shall we. We hear the phase, "walking simulator" allot with games like Heavy Rain, etc and others, however I think for the first time, we can actually call this game an actual walking simulator. Unlike the game mentioned above, this game has no goal, no story, no voice acting, no real gameplay, nothing. Its literally just walk to a point and transition to the next scene, that's it. Virginia is an ugly mess of game with poorly designed character models, no voice acting or text to explain what the hell is going on, dumb meaningless walking gameplay, with no real story, goal or anything. It literally a game about nothing!!! Terrible, don't even think about buying this so called game, because you want find a game in it.

Devil May Cry 46

Devil May Cry 4 is an ok game but overall I just don't like it. I could never get into this game series, it always felt to me that something was lacking. I don't like neither Dante or Nero. The graphics are great for its time and the sound is pretty good as well. The story to this game is sub par, it really doesn't grab your attention. Music is excellent and so is the intro. I really loved the song in the intro, some of the best music in video games. The gameplay and cut scenes feel often repetitious, this is one of the main problems with this series. Overall the game is ok, but I just could never get into this series. 6/10

Star Wars Battlefront6
Nov 21, 2015
Star Wars Battlefront is mehhhhhhh, that's the best way to describe this game. Its feels like a watered down version of Battlefield. Its not a bad game, its ok, but gets very boring very quick. The game graphics and sound is superb, Dice has nailed that. The shooting in the game is solid, the hero's and villains are a nice touch, even though there is only 3 on each side at the moment. That's where the positives of this game ends, there is no real single player experience, ie campaign. What you have are Training, Battle and Survival. Training is a series of tasks which prepare you for the Multiplayer. Battle is just a mini game of battles where you play as Darth Vader defending the base against incoming rebels. Its repetitive and there are similar battle scenarios with other characters, etc. Survival simply makes you face waves of incoming enemies, the standard we have seen in other games like Call Of Duty. The Multiplayer feels in-between Battlefield and MAG online. Its very repetitive and lacks depth, but it can be fun for a small period of time through one sitting. To conclude, while Star Wars Battlefront is not a good game, its neither a bad game, its ok. Its a game for someone who really likes battlefield and is a massive fan of Stars Wars. However, I strongly recommend waiting until it hits bargain bin price. You will get bored of this game in two play throughs, its not worth the current asking price.

Defiance3

Defiance? This game is a bad third person version of the borderlands games. The Graphics are poor, they look like graphics from 2008. The enemy AI is crippling bad, some will just stand there inactive, not doing anything. They mindlessly charge, or they just stand there shooting in front of you, no intelligence to use cover. The sound is terrible, the opening cut scenes has allot of going on in the background but no sound except for the voices overs. There are soldiers running all over the place, they don't make a single sound. No foot step sounds either. Guns sounds are terrible. Glitches plague the entire game and always online makes the game to lag at times. Resolution is shockingly bad and so is the frame rate. The main character the customisations is uber generic and lack variety. Story? hahahhahah What Story? You fighting mutants? How original! 3/10 The only positive are the quests, but they get repetive.

Evolve4
Jul 4, 2015
Evolve is the biggest let down of 2015 and in gaming in general. The game suffers from serious pacing issues, making allot of the matches boring within 5 minutes. No campaign, no substance to gameplay, no originality with the monsters and most of all, no fun. The game is clearly lacking in content, turtle rock studio have clearly created a free to play game and charged you full price for it. The game has the most shoddy DLC practices I have seen. Turtle rock studio will never get a cent from me ever again. They and their game, evolve ****, with a capital S. The only positive thing I can say about this game, its not a broken game at least. If it was, this game would get a 1, not a 4. DO NOT BUY THIS GAME! ITS A DLC SCAM!!!!

The Order: 18868
Apr 15, 2015
The order 1886 is one of those great gems, which you wonder how on earth got such low to average scores. The game is a 8/10 for sure, ignore the main stream reviewers, ignore even angryjoe for they know not what they are talking about. I have come to give the game the justice its surely deserves. Lets start with the graphics, the best on the ps4, very beautiful. The sound? Excellent, good gun sounds, good explositions, etc. Voice acting? Superb! Story? Unique, fresh, interesting! One must play this game from start to finish to truly understand the story, its good never the less. The characters and dialogue are excellent, I personally find the characters to be very interesting. Main character is likable! Cons: lacklustre ending, geared towards a sequel, which I don't mind. QTE can be slight glitchy and underwhelming.
