Perfectly executed puzzle game. I felt it shined the most near the end where all the mechanics come together and I had multiple “no way” moments. Visuals are charming even without too many details. Not much longevity, but the length of the game is well balanced. Must play if you’re into puzzle games and you loved Limbo and Inside

Art style and gameplay are unique, huge props to the developers for trying something new! There are certainly some flaws here and there and I found myself dropping the game for a couple of months before getting back to it to finish it. If you like Metroidvanias it's definitely worth a shot.

I was anticipating this game but I hate to say that it was a bit of a letdown. Visuals are mesmerizing at times and the soundtrack blends perfectly with the **** that’s not much more left to it. The ape’s abilities are only two: grab, throw. 5 or 6 enemy types. Stage structure: left to right or right to left. The result is a very repetitive gameplay. Game length is fair for what it has to offer. Much love and support to Gabe Cuzzillo and the developer team for building an original experience nonetheless. Will keep following your work.

A brilliant puzzle game built around some really original game mechanics. If you enjoyed the Portal series, Antichamber and other first-person puzzle games like that you should definitely give it **** :) The difficulty is fair and well balanced, however the game suffers from an excessive length in my opinion. Huge props to the team who built this little gem.

Incredibly original concept and a good longevity given the nicely balanced difficulty of the levels. The black and white visuals are well designed even though get a bit boring getting closer to the end. A couple of levels seem empty or I should say incomplete, however this doesn't invalidate the overall quality. The puzzles are always spot-on although I have the impressions I solved a few of them exploiting glitches rather then the way I was intended by the creators, As a puzzle-game lover I highly recommend this title, one of the best in its genre this year, no doubts about it.

Well done! Really amusing game. Nice game-play, interesting exploration elements (not common in platform games), humorous dialogues (at least for me). Absolutely not as difficult or frustrating as Super Meat Boy can be, except for a few spots. Took me around 4 hours to complete the game and collect all the shiny trinkets. Mesmerising soundtrack, it really took me back in time. Not perfectly calibrated controls, not the end of the world though. Definitely a buy during Steam sales.

First things first: Antichamber is a must-play title if you're into puzzle game. You'll find yourselves trapped in this really deceptive maze where nothing it's what it seems, without a tutorial or anything similar to it. There's not even a game menu, everything is handled from the first room, audio and graphic options included. I know it may sound weird but works perfectly fine. You'll mostly walk long white corridors leading to locked doors, when you're lucky, or room with apparently no exit, when you're not. Many times I had the feeling of being in a museum of installation art rather than a video-ame. Soon you'll get the weird feeling of being tested, just like happened in the Portal saga. But the similarities end here. The most notable difference between the two titles is that Antichamber completely lacks a storyline. That's probably the reason why I never felt being **** into the game. However, this is not necessarily a negative aspect. We're talking about a title that, in my opinion, should be taken in small doses, it needs to sediment before you can go on with it. If you won't stop for a while focusing on details you'll end up wandering around without a destination, which might be frustrating for some players. So now we get to my only real criticism. Your best friend in order to complete the game will be the map, that's where you'll get the only clues to get past the challenges you'll be faced with. The funny thing is that I realised only by the end of the game how it "worked". To conclude, a tip for the players willing to give this really unusual game a chance: think out of the box!

Leading this fellowship of square and rectangles, each with their unique skill and character, through the 90 levels was certainly a fascinating video-game experience. Loved the visuals and the soundtrack. Simple and captivating storytelling. Although the game mechanics gets repetitive soon and the puzzle are honestly too easy for an average gamer, a really positive impression, definitely worth the money.
