A fantastic fantasy/peroid drama film! Del Toro just knocked it out of the park with this one. The story is political but the script never gets preachy, modern Hollywood screenwriters shoud take notes from this movie.

Overrated as hell, not a bad movie, but still. The thing is, liberals get all super exited whenever theres a rando movie featuring mostly non-white and LGBT person

Not as great as many american critics made out to be, but it's a good coming of age movie for sure.
