Based on a great game, but the bare minimum of what makes a remaster save for the voice acting. It's definitely not the definitive edition as better versions of the game already exist with more content.

A decent game in a vacuum; absolutely does not feel like Silent Hill. The game does nothing to relate any of the other titles to itself or vise versa and feels more like Ryukishi07 wrote a Ryukishi story with Silent Hill vibes more than he did write a Silent Hill story with Ryukishi vibes.
