Halo 2Critic ScoreXbox Evolved

The sound in Halo 2 is the best I have ever heard in any game... Each weapon has such a distinctive sound now that you know what is going on in the next room before you even get there, from the rattle of a SMG to the haunting whistling of a Hunter's beam.

Microsoft did the impossible, not only did they put out a superior game on their first spin around the track they did it in a big way that will force every other racer hoping to compete to evolve in more ways than one.

The multiplayer in Chaos Theory is incredibly addictive.
Halo: Combat EvolvedCritic ScoreXbox Evolved

While technically the game is just a better done fps than usual, it is just so gosh darn fun.
The Elder Scrolls IV: OblivionCritic ScoreXbox Evolved

Oblivion is so deep it is hard to escape its grasp. Few things keep it down, such as loading times, and a few problems with visuals and sound, but the gameplay, the most important piece is dead-on.

We've waited forever for a good RPG, but not only have we gotten one, Bethesda has left us stunned.

On the enemies, you can see individual scales shining perfectly in each light source, see through their translucent wings, and be dazzled by their massive energy attacks.

Story wise, The Two Thrones wraps up the Prince's tale with killer progression and the ending everyone has been waiting for. The game play is the best of best yet again and truly redefines the action-adventure genre of today, paving a path for greatness to come.
