The best MMO ever made. Original and unique (whereas newer MMOs tend to feel like they're copypasted from each other), it's a real RPG adventure (not a min-max grindfest), with actual amazing quests (better than any other MMO) filled with intriguing lore and an entertaining atmosphere, amazing music and an on-point sense of humour. The graphics, which in certain areas really show their age, add a sense of history which is charming and gives the game an identity; let yourself not be deceived, though: this is not a ridiculous fossil such as OSRS, but a living, well kept game with a tight update schedule and kept in time with what is expected of an MMO nowadays, plus its amazing, thriving community which numbers in the millions. For a game so cheap (in fact, you can play a lot of it for free!) with a company so small in budget and size, it sure has worked miracles in the 20 years of its history. 10/10.

Solid game. Not much criticism to be had. Not perfect, but could be better. Overall a 9/10 game tbh lol.

People dont like this game so much because it doesnt feel roleplay as original and some system change in my opinion. Your character has more dialogue and dumb-funny personality. I dont have problem with that but sometimes it feels cringy. But at least game are more into story than original. You can constantly level up by lamps and stars what is questionable but I use it :D Camera moving is really better than original,there are new quests and achievements. Graphics kept original vibe in some way. Studio adding new things often. Pain in the feet is pay to win system and not really improved world. You pay and you get better armor,better weapons and that makes you win the battles. Instead of paywall for quests there should be a full offline version of the game(online too). 2000s game ok you cant do better in that time but in 2024 and you cant swimming or cross a shallow river,you cant **** cant use many objects even some bench,some npcs just walking around and do nothing...come on Jagex you can do better. Game is complicated as original for me but system is good for some more nerdy people. Im enjoying the world and some characters. Still be better polished and pay to win is really bad in games so I give 8. Its not for everyone. Its for specific players. I dont get score on Google Play which is not even 3 from 5 stars.

Ruined by the stupid pronouns and agenda pushing. This shouldn't be a political game.

Biggest load of crap on the PC. Used to be a half decent game but jagex have ruined that with continuous updates that mess the game up more and more. Jagex are blatant liars, deliberately messing around with the strange rocks. In one sentence they say it is totally random and the next they say that once you get the first rock it makes getting the 2nd rock more difficult. Totally contradictory. There has been so much crap added to the game it has been totally ruined and with each update more and more things dont work. There are numerous far far better games out there. Dont waste your time with this ****.
